I have been so blessed to have been introduced to Arbonne 😭❤️🙌🏼 I strongly believe no one stumbles upon this company by mistake. God has His reason for everything and has orchestrated plans for our lives before we even existed. I am SO thankful that through Arbonne, I have been able to change people’s lives, make so many life-long friendships, earn more and GIVE more, and grow in my mind set & spiritual life. These girls lead us and encourage us everyday no matter what!
So, let’s talk! You lose nothing from hearing about this wonderful business and how it can benefit you and others you love! Saying No is easy. Finding excuses is easy. It’s saying Yes that takes heart. It’s finding a way “in spite of” that catapults change. It’s getting a little bit out of your comfort zone that makes your world different. There is no “right time” so stop getting in your own way! Don’t sit back wondering “what if” just jump in and find out for yourself ✨💕
Continuously Working to reach the always extending goal! Never Give Up.
Its easy to say, NEVER GIVE UP, but in reality having the strength to push through, over and beyond some of the biggest hurdles both physically and emotionally really isnt...unless you have the support of amazing people who often have more belief in you as a person, in your strength and drive than you ever could..with them the goal is kept in sight.
1/12/18 - 160 days since things changed and also the first day of round 1 of the #BWBWomensLeague
Goal Achieved 😍✅ - Be on Court and playing along side my amazing Knight-Mares Team mates !
This was the one goal i had set my heart and mind to achieve and one i really wasnt sure was ever going to be possible!
160 days and as stubborn as ever! Continuously learning, constantly pushing.
I still have a long way to go, i will never do things like i did before, but im learning new ways or relearning old skills in a different format. I have wobbles and doubt but that is part of the journey, its learning how to be independent, to do things myself, but also relearning to like who i am now, to trust in myself again.
That along with everything is slow progress but im NEVER GIVING UP!
🎄 Real tree or artificial tree? 🌲
What will you be styling your home with this year?
We went for the real deal this year. First time! Since we no longer have to take it up 35 flights in an elevator and were able to put a real tree in the back of the truck and carry it through the front with ease, that’s what we did!
Sorry Ed, we didn’t shop at your stand but it looks like business is doing alright! 😆
Spirits certainly are bright this holiday season. 🎅
This is dope! This right here is solid, because I have to admit I use to be a person who cut people off.....but sometimes I need patience to wait. I have since changed a lot thanks to people helping me to realize that we shouldn’t live that way. So what if they act up you never know why you are in someone’s life if you cut them off to fast. I am not saying be abused that’s something different. Now, I tend to wait to see my purpose then if there isn’t one, then I jet, but not before. Cutting people off was my thing because I didn’t want to be hurt because lord knows that has happened too many times. Eventually you start to realize that you don’t live in a vacuum and we need other people in our lives, but if we cut them off quickly we lose an opportunity to learn patience and new things. Be solid and challenge yourself because in the end you win by learning patience. #blackwithstyle#inmyskin#eyeart#genius#blackmenwithbeards#author#wegotnext#livinglife#thecutoff#patience
I’ve been spending a lot of time looking back at old photos when I was “leaner” and “more fit” and I’ve realized that that’s a really terrible idea cause all it does is make me feel bad about myself now.
My life is completely different now than it was 3yrs ago, but I’ve never been happier than I am now so I should be just as happy with my body even though I’m not as “fit” as I used to be.
I used to work at the gym so it was so easy to get in workouts, cardio and to spend the extra time stretching and rolling to focus on recovery. Now I’m working full time, have a fiancé and I have plenty of other things to keep me occupied as well as dealing with old gym injuries. I’m not making excuses and I still looove working out but it’s not as much of a focus than it used to be. And that’s totally ok!
I do miss lifting heavy and doing pull-ups on anything I can reach but I honestly love how much my life has balanced out in the past couple years. I enjoy that my life is no longer focused on the gym and on my body cause now I can enjoy life to the fullest without flexing in every mirror 😝
Fitness is still important to me, I lift 3-4 times a week and I meal prep every week to keep myself healthy but now it’s much more of a hobby for myself than my main focus.
Stay healthy, LOVE YOURSELF, and enjoy life! I do ☺️
🌻 Don’t trade your authenticity for approval. 🌻
Who you are is beautiful, magnificent, and imperfectly perfect. Never stop becoming the person you were always meant to be. Continue to challenge yourself from the inside out and know you deserve to find and do what makes you happy.
I used to be extremely scared of change but not anymore. Change is everything, 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I promise. 👌🏼✌🏼
