Breakfast today what could be better? Quinoa and rice cracker with wild caught salmon, lemon, cashew butter, and kale. Not only does it taste good but it’s really healthy. I used Le Paindesfleurs crackers and Mikoko’s Cultured vegan cashew nut butter.

1 colher (sopa) de raspas da casca de limão
6 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão
1 lata de creme de leite s/soro
1 lata de leite condensado
200grs de biscoito maizena
MODO DE FAZER O RECHEIO
Misture bem o leite moça com o suco de limão até que adquira consistência de creme. Incorpore o creme de leite e as raspas de limão.
Molhe os biscoitos rapidamente no leite e faça a primeira camada de biscoitos, depois coloque o creme, de novo uma camada de biscoitos e termine com o creme.
Raspas e limão para enfeitar.
Leve para gelar. ** se preferir leve ao freezer.

If you feel like you are drinking a ton of water & just running to the bathroom all day...chances are that you aren’t hydrating on a cellular level. You probably don’t have enough electrolytes and minerals in your body in order for your cells to actually absorb the water you are drinking. 😱❗️

Generally speaking, a good rule of thumb is that you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water every dang day. (More if you are active!) Warm or room temp water is easier on your digestive system as well. Bummer for me- I love ice water. 😂
Also, I add a squeeze of lemon to my water! This helps increase gastric fluids needed for proper digestion. 🙌🏻🍋
If your cells are not hydrated properly, they cannot serve your body properly. So, drink up & add a bit of mineral salt to your water, y’all! Your body will thank you!

I bought it initially because of its =^._.^= ∫ tin box but the candy is pretty good too. Apparently they come in 40 different flavors! (⊙o⊙) The store at which I bought mine only had lemon, strawberry and violet.
While I’ll probably pick up the other 2 flavors another day, I’m pretty sure I’ll be searching for more during my trip to Italy next year haha (^_^;)
