Once again late to work due to toast, also left my coffee on the counter so I’m already struggling 🤦🏽♀️😩
The fact that it’s Friday and this sweet potato toast was bomb makes up for everything though
Toast 1: almond butter, banana, hemp seeds
Toast 2: avo and EBTB seasoning
Toast 3: avo, hard boiled egg, EBTB seasoning
Toast 4: almond butter, banana, bluebs, hemp seeds
Finished legs off with lateral band walks. Gotta make sure the butt is down (mine could go a little lower but I was absolutely spent at this point). Posture up, and most importantly keep your toes straight. In case you can't tell I'm big on keeping your hips healthy and strong. Most guys don't train them properly and wonder why they can't squat more/run faster/have knee problems. Have to train them as serious as you do when you load those weights up on the bench press every Monday!
And if you need me I’ll be laying here babysitting this dog and cat all day!! WEEK 1 is DONE and the body is DEAD!! I knew I was going to love this new program but I didn’t actually think it was going to be this powerful! Everyday is a new challenge and new way to see how far I’ve come and how far I still have to grow! I’m thankful I said yes.
