I treat her with respect...
I move her how she likes to be moved...
I listen to her, nourish her
I celebrate her and thank her all the time...
I am a proud supporter of not just my body, but everyones body.
Please - if you find yourself wanting to criticise or shame someones body, be it "too thin", "too fat", "too muscly" or this sneaky one, "well if i looked like that i'd love my body too", please just stop🤚 for a moment, check yourself - and imagine a world where we never shamed one another for how we looked.
We just celebrated each other and traded judgement for love.
We rejoiced when other women felt confident in their own skin, no matter who or what size they are. I have been on both sides - i have been shamed for how i look, but i can also admit i have criticised women for how look too.This is not love. This is not how i want to show up and not what i want to partake in. Because their body is NOT my business. Everybodys body is deserving of love. 
Nobody has to qualify or be a particular shape or size to love their body, or to be body positive. If you have a body, and want to be positive towards it and towards others too, that is body positivity.
When we realise that this movement is for every single one of us - we all win. Let 2018 be the year we are all good to our bodies and love and respect them like they deserve.💖💫@HeritageHotels
