Your mind is quick to see the remaining “flaws” or “imperfections” rather than the progress you’ve made. When this happens, I feel it’s important to take a moment and look back to appreciate and celebrate just how far you’ve come! So, I’m calling this my #slimdownsunday post and I’m proud to say that @loaintslow and I have lost a combined total of nearly 90 lbs! I love that we inspire, support, and encourage each other as we continue this journey together. Stay tuned... we’re not done yet. 😉

I mean, we fell for it in the 80’s with the “low fat” artificial sweetener trend, and took a huge hit to our nations health for generations. You would THINK that we would have woken up to the social programming that is “Doctors recommendations” let’s FACE IT, they have been bought and paid for and simple fun sayings like “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” have never been more pertinent then now.
Its funny the science that continues to come out supporting these wild claims of the health of a high fat, high animal product, high processed protein diet...at the same time I continue to help people STRUGGLE with losing weight and think that weight loss has to be some sort of puzzle that only professional people can get a handle on. NO we have been pulled from our natural foods and the key to weight loss AND HEALTH is to return to #NATURE
The amount of processed junk that you have to consume to stay true to the ketogenic program is just CRIMINAL.
