Sitting back and thinking musically and Fam me & @burgie_emp legit got a full discography out here on the net filled with our music and growth. Depending on when you started rocking with us, you may have heard a different sound from us but you definitely seen the growth. Would love to hear favorite songs from us or either Burgie or me. #SNYDAppreciationThread ???? 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ Lol
//This is a lot more relaxed Wale. This isn’t Wale trying to appease to anyone or neither let his frustration get the better of him. He’s enjoying himself again and it was clear in the last Breakfast Club interview, he had the “fuck it” approach and it’s coming through in his music. This is ANOTHER solid mixtape from Wale. The third in a row to be exact.
“Dummies” is addressing haters but with a different attitude. The one that doesn’t come off corny anymore and someone who’s just always looking for validation. He doesn’t need it anymore and the “It takes a smart man to play the fool and the rules don’t reverse” – awesome. Then later on in the chorus, A Lupe nod and then my favourite line “My intelligence is the weapon I use on em first”. Clap.
“Ungrateful & thankful” seems like it was an acknowledgement of not being happy with his, according to him, solidified position in the game but sometimes a sign like the car accident he experienced this year changed his perspective. The beat is harder and he raps over a trap like beat where he sounds right at home.
I said in the last review that Wale is always great speaking about relationships as he’s a passionate dude. I found myself connecting with him the most here when he talks of love. Ove a classic Wiz Kush & Orange sampled beat. It’s smooth and unskippable.
My Boy (Freestyle) features Cole. It’s fun and repeat repeat repeat. Wale finds a nice flow pocket and him and Cole sound great alongside each other. COLE SLAYS his feature. I enjoyed it. The tape finishes off with a regular pairing if you’re familiar with the Wale catalogue – Eric Bellinger handles another hook. He’s so underrated it’s not funny. He’s TRUE R&B at heart.
This tape doesn’t have a bad song. I liked it. A lot✏
#JadenSmith returns to drop off his latest visual from #SYRE . His video for "The Passion" brings Jaden back to the purple and pink faded skies of the hills to threaten any adversaries who might feel comfortable sneak dissing the rapper.
In the video, the young legacy maintains the color scheme and type of his other visuals, and even sports the same outfit as last year's SYRE cut "Icon." Since releasing the Electric edition of the project in July, Smith has been busy touring with #JCole and #YoungThug on Cole's #KOD Tour, which wraps up on Oct. 10 in Boston.
Smith told #Fader that #JAYZ was a big source of inspiration for #TheElectricAlbum . “I decided to talk to Hov and he told me he thought the album was cool and he said as I got older I would space out my verses more and I'd say more with less,” he said. “That's the total inspiration behind my next album.”
This video comes after Jaden tweeted on Saturday that he would be dropping a new tape. No word yet on when we can expect that music, but the next project is apparently going to be called ERYS, the reverse of SYRE. ➖

#MCM#MCE 💜 #KOD @realcoleworld The love, respect & admiration I have for this man i cannot put into words! I was only able to get half of what he said in this part at the concert about 2wks ago here in #Anaheim but it was deep! Had many people (including myself) with a knot in our throat & tears welling up in our eyes. He touched the subject on #MentalHealth & how our family, friends & loved ones affect it. Then he performed my favorite song of his, which so happens to be HIS FAVORITE TOO!! " #LoveYourz " I love you J Cole! #NoSuchThingAsALifeThatsBetterThanYours
