Keeping “intensity” very high at 2 weeks out! Current training is lots of volume, heavy ass weight, and pure intensity. Last nights training session took literally almost 2 hours.
1A)Flat DB Press - ramping up in sets of 8
1B) BB Rows - ramping to a hard 8 top set, then performing as many as possible until fall below 6 reps. Then switched to Partial deadlifts and doing the same thing. Totally exhausting the lats by the final sets.
2A) incline hammer strength press - ramping to a top set of 7. Then performed 2 sets of 7, increased weight for 2 sets of 4
2B) cable side laterals - 12-15
3) Hack Squats - 3x20 - 1st set leaving roughly 5 reps in the tank. 2nd set increasing weight some. 3rd set going for broke all out intensity taking some breathes in between reps in banging out a very hard 20 with heavy weight as possible with good controlled form
4) DB stiff leg deadlifts - 4x12-15 (weight not important on these rather than just focusing on smooth form opening up the TLF and hamstrings.

Looking back on my training over the years, I’ve realised that I’ve made many mistakes and wish I could have known more then, compared to what I know now.
Knowledge is power and so clearly the more you know about health and fitness, the more likely you are to succeed. And alongside that, training experience is invaluable.
Here are my top 5 tips with regard to beginner programme design.
Take them into consideration and these factors will help you to stay on track and reach your health and fitness goals.
I discuss frequency, training split, reps, sets and rest periods. All of which play a role when it comes to training. And all of which will help you to get results faster if you stay consistent and ensure your programme is designed correctly.
