Came out 1st in the 105kg class. Its difficult to be happy with the win when I was stronger last year. Didn't hit the numbers I wanted but getting off that big ego mentality is what I need to work on. Injury and 20 lbs. weight loss played a huge roll in my numbers. This upcoming year I'll be training smarter and better. thanks to @soyasquats for coaching me back on the right path. Next year I'll come out healthier and stronger this time around. Team 24 fitness was there for support and to give me positive vibes. Thanks guys!
