Does a workout happen if you don’t share it on Facebook? Probably but...better not risk it.
I know I should have been resting but all I want to do is lay down and all laying down does is make me cough. So...I’m just super sleepy. The one time today I didn’t cough and didn’t need cough drops was when I did 18 minutes of highly modified PiYo. No it’s not my official workout but who cares. The breathing was a good thing.
Note this was my happy face many hours ago. Now I’m ready for sleep but alas I can’t lay down and will wait once again until sleep overtakes me while sitting up. Oh what fun. #todaythiswasmybest#ijustwanttosleep
When you wake up at 3:30am and you are trying to be quiet so as not to wake your husband but your phone falls behind the head of your bed and wakes him up anyway and you decide to go ahead and find it even though you had decided to just leave it until the morning...I mean since he is up anyway...but you can’t find it so you ask your husband to text you so it will light up and he thinks 4:30 in the morning is the time to be a comedian. #myhusbandthinkshessofunny#insomniaissues#cellphoneissues#ijustwanttosleep
