The legendary Tram 28 that connects Martin Moniz with Campo Ourique, going through the neighbourhoods of Alfama, Baixa, and Estrela for €2.90. Sometimes it’s standing room only & a very busy route that can be quite harrowing when the tram descends quickly downhill. Highly recommended.
