Pollo en Crema de Champiñones sin Lacteos 💚🤤👏🏻. De verdad que se siente suuuper bien comer comida real , tu cuerpo te lo agradece 😍. Receta para la crema: 
1/2 cebolla
1/4 de nuez de ma india
1 taza de champiñones
1 ajo
1 taza de caldo de pollo o agua o caldo de frijoles o lentejas.

En un sarten con aveite de aguacate fries el ajo, la cebolla  hasta que este suave y agregas la nuez, ya que este mas dorado agregas los champiñones hasta que esten suaves y por ultimo la taza de caldo de pollo.. cuando este caliente pones todo en la licuadora y agregas sal pimienta y consome de verduras.

Ya es hora de merendar 😃 y para hoy me prepare un delicioso Mig Cake de coco y banano. Es muy saludable y super fácil de preparar, ya verán que esta listo en un dos por tres! ✌🏻
Aquí les dejo el tip de como prepararlo 👩‍🍳
Ingredientes:
- 2 cdas de harina de coco
- 2 cdas de leche de almendras
- 1 huevo
- 1/2 banano hecho puré
- 1/4 cdta de polvo de hornear
- 1 chorrito de vainilla 
Preparación: 
En una taza apta para microondas y previamente engrasada mezclar todos los ingredientes y cocinar aproximadamente por 2 min en el microondas.

Encima lo acompañe con una salsa de marañon con coco 🧡🥥 y unos trocitos de banano 🍌
- 1 cdta de mantequilla de marañon @joliescr
- 1 cdta de coco rallado
- 2 cdas de leche de almendras
- 1 cdta de azúcar de coco
Mezclar todo bien y llevar a fuego lento hasta que espese.  Buen provecho! 😉

Sometimes you just need to treat yourself and stop a moment to appreciate where you are in life.

I really enjoyed today's session with my therapist and she complimented me on how great I looked and how far I've come since I started seeing her. It got me thinking about everything I've done since last year and it amazes me!

Here's what I mean:
Today I had a therapist appointment in another town, 2 different vet offices to visit to pick up medications for the kids and I had to go to the grocery store. A year ago I wouldn't have been able to do it. I wouldn't have driven 30 minutes both ways for an appointment and if I did I'd have been too exhausted to go anywhere else. I'd have asked my husband to pick up the medicine and go to the store since he was already out there. Bless him, he would (and has) done it.

Now I can do it myself. Sometimes it's like I don't even recognize myself for who I'm becoming. My body feels alert and wants to be active rather than being laid out on the couch eating junk food. The world outside of the house doesn't scare me so much after being part of a group of people that support and encourage me, even on the rough days. I have a plan and a purpose to my life I've never had before and it feels wonderful!

LEÇON DE CAROTTE NUMÉRO DEUX ☺️ : HORS D'ŒUVRE ultra simple ultra light  Ultra frais ultra bon !
Petit cake à la carotte (Il se fabrique avec les restes de carotte issus du jus de l'extracteur )
Mélanger 2 gros œufs avec 25 cl de crème fraîche liquide (allégée), 1 cuil à S de cumin en poudre, des herbes ciselées du jardin (ciboulette basilic ou coriandre au choix), un peu d'ail frais bien détaillé (ou de l'ail déshydraté pour une fois ), un peu de thym, du sel , du poivre et du bon parmesan râpé (l'équivalent d'1/2 verre).
Rajouter ce mélange à  environ 500 g de restes de carottes (crues !)
Bien mélanger 🍭
Disposer la préparation dans un plat à cake 
Enfourner 35 mn thermostat 180 
Laisser refroidir 
Laisser au réfrigérateur au moins 24 h 
Démouler 
Consommer en tranches avec un bon coulis de tomates fraîches relevé de quelques gouttes de tabasco
Succès assuré !

Je pense que vous l'avez deviné mais je suis une foodista 😋! J'adore aller manger au restaurant !
J'y vais au minimum 2 fois par semaine. Et aucune prise de tête pour le choix de mon plat qu'il soit "healthy" ou non.

Beaucoup insistent "oui on peut manger équilibré au restaurant et ne pas se jeter sur le "burger frites". Tu as envie d'un burger 🍔 frites 🍟 ? Et bien fais toi plaisir  et ne culpabilise pas.

Petit rappel, j'ai mis 3 ans à trouver un équilibre alimentaire. Aujourd'hui j'ai une shape que j'aime, et ce n'était pas le cas avant.
Tout simplement parce que je fais du sport 🏋🏾‍♀️ 5 fois par semaine, je mange équilibré et je me fais plaisir plusieurs fois par semaine 😉.

Aller au restaurant, c'est aussi un plaisir 😊 ❌ce n'est pas ça qui cassera tous vos efforts de long terme.

🔆Mes conseils pour ceux qui mangent régulièrement au restaurant (travail, déplacement..)
▪️Eviter les plats en sauce
▪️Pour les salades, demander la sauce à part
▪️Si vous prenez un plat assez lourd, éviter de prendre un dessert ou prenez un dessert léger (salade de fruits)
▪️Ne vous forcez pas à terminer votre assiette si vous n'avez plus faim, vous pouvez demander un doggy bag
▪️Essayer d'avoir des protéines, des légumes et des féculents si vous vous entrainez dans la journée.

İtiraf etmeliyim ki tarifi ilk denediğimde istenilen kıtırlığı elde edemedim ve elma dilimleri yaş kaldı😓Hataları anlayıp düzeltmeye çalışınca 2. denemede oldu😅Durum böyle olunca bazı püf noktalardan bahsetmek istiyorum☺
🍃Elmaların çok çok ince dilimlenmesi lazım. Bu yüzden sert ve buzdolabında beklemiş soğuk bir elma kullanırsanız dilimlemek daha kolay olacaktır. Ya da cips rendeniz varsa daha pratik bir şekilde dilimleyebilirsiniz.
🍃Pişim esnasında fırın kapağını 3-4 kez açıp buharın çıkmasını sağlayabilirsiniz. Bu şekilde elmalar daha çabuk kıtırlaşacaktır.
🍃Pişimin son 15 dakikasında dilimleri ters çevirip her iki tarafın da iyi pişmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.
