I’ve read multiple studies that prove the importance of doing this. One study in particular done on a group of people showed that years later, the ones who set goals were earning twice as much as those who never set any goals, and the ones who wrote them down were earning 10 times as much! Now I know this was just one study but you get the point.🤓

Since I started doing this, my productivity has increased insane amounts. I currently set goals and write them down with my husband, a group of girlfriends, and on my own. And it has been amazing! I think everyone should have goals of some kind... whether they are big or small. And be specific! Set short-term goals and long-term goals ✨. I know we all have dreams and goals, but a lot of us don’t know how to get to where we want to be. Starting with this step could change that!

Either way, goal setting will improve your life... if you aren’t a person who does this, give it a try! 📝I am finally now just starting to accomplish some of the things I have talked about doing for way too long. Just talking about it won’t get you very far. I think this is one of the reasons we often look back on our lives and wonder why nothing has changed 🤔. So sit down, take some time to create a few goals, and write them down... even if you feel a little nerdy doing it 🤓(I know I did😂). But DO IT and watch things change! 🙌

Lemon Oregano Spaghetti Squash

1. 1 large spaghetti squash (approximately 2 pounds) – use 5 cups cooked squash
2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, pan-seared and diced – total weight 28 ounces
3. 10 sprays olive oil spray
4. 1 cup frozen kale
5. 1 tablespoon lemon zest
6. ¼ cup lemon juice
7. 1/2 tsp salt
8. 1 tsp oregano
9. 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:
Puncture spaghetti squash rind about 20 times to allow steam to vent while cooking.
Place spaghetti squash on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 8 minutes in microwave
Check for doneness by pressing lightly on spaghetti squash rind. Rind should yield gently to pressure. Heat for an additional 2-4 minutes if spaghetti squash is still hard. Allow spaghetti squash to rest for a few minutes until cool enough to handle.
Slice spaghetti squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a large spoon. Use a fork to scrape out spaghetti squash flesh from each half and set "spaghetti" aside.
Add 2 tbs olive oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add spaghetti squash, kale, lemon juice, lemon zest, spices, and diced chicken to pan.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.

GRASAS BUENAS 🥑 . Elige aceite de oliva, semillas, nueces o aguacate, recuerda controlar las grasas (aún las buenas) ya que cada gramo de ellas aporta 9kcal.

VEGETALES DE COLORES 🍅🥦🥒🥕Recuerda que entre más vegetales de colores tenga tu bowl más nutrientes habrá en el, así que añade los que más te gusten. Prefiérelos crudos. . 
PROTEÍNA 🍛 . Puedes añadir proteínas magras y orgánicas, o también la opción vegana, que es mi favorita. Te recomiendo mezclar cereales y leguminosas para formar proteínas completas y darle mayor sabor y nutrientes a tu bowl. También puedes añadir tofu orgánico. Mis preferidos son arroz salvaje con edamames o quinoa.

Sometimes not everyone gets home early enough for dinner all the time, so Im always prepared to modify the dinners slightly based on their arrival time.  For example a 6:30 dinner for me and the boys prior to tae twondo practice consisted of grilled chicken, slightly steamed green peas & mushrooms, and for a treat for the boys, a side of home made baked curly fries. 🥗
Since my wife was at the gym and was arriving home after we left, something lighter was in order. So I kept the grilled chicken and sliced it over a bed of red leaf lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, slice almonds and yellow bell peppers. My dressing of choice for tghis is a light raspberry vinaigrette. 🥗

Orang yang paling beruntung dalam hidup ini adalah yang diberikan nikmat yakin kepada Allah. Termasuk yakin tentang rizqi, bagi sebagian orang yang belum yakin akan terasa berat memikirkannya. Tetapi bagi yang yakin kepada Allah bulat sudah, bahwa rizqi itu satu-satunya yang membagi, yang menahan, yang mengambil, melancarkan dan menyempitkan hanyalah Allah. Sehingga ia tidak disibukkan dengan kegelisahan tentang rizqi, tetapi sibuk takut tidak berkah, karena salah niat dan salah cara. Takut tidak bisa syukur karena rizqi belum dinikmati kecuali dengan bersyukur. Takut tidak bisa sabar kalau sedang ditahan, karena yang jadi yang masalah bukan berkurang rizqi tetapi berkurangnya kesabaran. Takut tidak punya ridho kalau diambil karena ada waktunya sebagian rizqi itu pindah dari kita. Wallahu a'lam....
