So on Saturday I really wanted to get my hair braided . So I went to a salon . I had already washed and deep conditioner my hair at home and put it in about 8 - 10 plaits.
Because I was gonna do cornrows, my hair needed to be blow-dried first , which is what most hair salons do before braiding natural hair .
Anyways I sat down ready for the lady to blow dry my hair , then she said no she doesn't have the time and energy to blow dry natural hair . And pointed to the blow dryer and said I should do it myself.
I was in shock that I couldn't even talk back to the lady to give her a piece of my mind . You best believe I didn't do my hair there that day . .

Now that Autumn is in full effect we wanted to share some curly tips that will help your curls recover from the Summer and get ready for the Winter.
1. Deep condition at least once per week. You want to add the moisture your curls lost during the summer back in your hair.
2. Give your hair a cold water rinse after you condition. This will seal in moisture.
3. Protect your curls at night to minimize the need to re-wet and have to do a full refresh or wash your hair multiple times during the week.
4. The cool weather will allow you to style your hair with lighter products. Try your favorite leave in conditioner and a lite gel.
