Dokter tersebut bilang ada cara lain yang bisa di coba. cara tersebut tidak akan menghilangkan, tp jika berhasil akan mengecilkan. Namun jika tidak berhasil maka ya harus di operasi. Akhirnya ada cara lain saudara-saudara!!!.
Dengan mantap saya iyakan cara yang di sarankan oleh dokter tersebut. Caranya adalah yang pertama, jangan makan makanan produk peternakan, apapun itu :keju, susu, telur, daging ayam, dll. Jadi yg bisa di makan misalnya telur ayam kampung, ayam kampung, sayuran, buah, olahan kedelai, daging sapi tanpa lemak, dan ikan air tawar. Udah? Iya sudah itu saja yg bisa dimakan. Kedua, Jangan angkat berat2, jangan stress, istirahat cukup dan cek tiap 2 bulan atau ada keluhan.
BYE-BYE BAKSOOO, MIE AYAM, KFC, MCDONALD'S 😂😂😂
Dokter pun tidak menjamin cara ini berhasil sebenarnya,tp menurut saya cara ini pantas saya coba demi menghindari sayatan pisau bedah. Saya melakukan cara ini hampir 2 tahun. Dari berat badan saat itu saya 48-50 kg, anjlok ke 43-44 kg. Alhamdulillah g anjlok banyak. Hasil saya melakukan saran dokter selama 2 tahun lebih bahkan sampai sekarang itu adalah kista ovarium saya mengecil sampai 1,73 cm (tahun lalu) dan nyeri menstruasi saya paling sekedar mulas tp saya bisa aktifitas biasa.
(Terimakasih pak dokter, dimana pun bapak berada semoga selalu sehat dan bahagia 😊).
Sebelum itu jika mau flashback, saya adalah orang yang cuek dengan kondisi kesehatan saya sendiri dulunya. Meskipun sering sakit, saya paling minum obat warung, terus makan ngawur lagi. Setelah kejadian itu saya pun sadar kalau badan ini perlu saya jaga. Kompleksitas yang terjadi dalam tubuh manusia terutama saya sebagai wanita itu bukan main rumitnya. Sadar juga kalau sebagai wanita yg akan melahirkan generasi selanjutnya ga bisa egois dalam memperlakukan tubuhnya. Kalau bukan diri sendiri yang sayang ini badan, mau siapa lagi?.
Kalau sakit pun yang berasa sakit kan diri sendiri dan pasti bakal jadi merepotkan orang-orang terdekat kan.
Jadi mending dari sekarang peka dan lebih sadar dengan kesehatan diri sendiri. Kesehatan itu pun investasi paling menguntungkan buat masa depan.

I just send my book to editing, to get it finished, to share my story, my life in foster care, my life with my health problems, my life with a mentally ill biological mum and a biological dad with MS. Bullying, eating disorders, selfharm, depression, food, gut illness. How I got my life turned around, and got my dream life. *The book is in Danish and i hope to get it translated to English too.

Almost two years ago we gave up caffeine for good and never looked back. I thought it would be impossible but the difference in our energy levels after two or three days was enough to convince us we never needed that stuff in our lives again. We were suddenly falling asleep easier, waking up naturally, and more focused throughout the day. ⠀

Around the same time I started slowly cutting out refined sugar and carbs and eating so that I always included protein in each meal. It wasn't an overnight thing but I started to feel my energy picking up and sugar cravings chill out. I wasn't sleepy after meals for pretty much the first time in my life, either. What I didn't realise was that by eating the way I was I was actually managing my blood sugar for the first time ever. Fast forward a few more months and I'd added in some amazing supplements that I thought were for gut health but were packed with ingredients that helped support a healthy glucose metabolism = stable blood sugar. Who knew?! 😅⠀

Yesterday I shared about some of the symptoms of blood sugar imbalance in my stories but it definitely begs the question of HOW it gets outta whack in the first place. Here's a few things that could throw your glucose metabolism off:⠀
🌼 Irregular eating - going a long time between meals, skipping meals etc.⠀
🌼 Stress, especially chronic stress: Causes the release of the same hormones as eating sugar. If you're under ongoing stress, addressing your blood sugar can actually help your body respond to stress better⠀
🌼 Being overweight⠀
🌼 Diet high in refined carbs & processed foods, alcohol etc.⠀
🌼 Hormonal imbalances like PCOS - like stress this can go both ways and stable blood sugar can help with hormone balance too.⠀

Fast forward a few more months and I'd added in some amazing supplements that I thought were for gut health but were packed with ingredients that helped support a healthy glucose metabolism = stable blood sugar. Who knew?! 😅⠀ ×⠀ Yesterday I shared about some of the symptoms of blood sugar imbalance in my stories but it definitely begs the question of HOW it gets outta whack in the first place. Here's a few things that could throw your glucose metabolism off:⠀ 🌼 Irregular eating - going a long time between meals, skipping meals etc.⠀ 🌼 Stress, especially chronic stress: Causes the release of the same hormones as eating sugar. So last night the husband made sushi (he's practicing rolling them right since starting as a kitchen hand at a local sushi place last week) and it was AMAZING 😍💕 I could definitely get used to having a sushi master as a husband... if it wasn't for the fact that all that white rice does absolutely nothing good for me 😭 I realised about a year ago that I had some real funky things going on with my blood sugar and I'd probably developed insulin resistance. No surprise as the Japanese diet is super carb heavy (you'd be surprised how unhelpful this seemingly healthy cuisine can be - think 🍙, 🍣, and more 🍚) and you typically eat fewer meals but with much bigger portions and way more simple carbs than many other diets 🤷‍♀️ Combined with chronic stress and overexertion, I now know blood sugar imbalance was a huge contributor to the daily fatigue I experienced for so long as well as a host of other issues 😴😴 Anyone else with me here? Sleepy after meals, moody, irritable, low energy in the afternoon, can't lose weight to save yourself, crave sweet stuff like it's going outta fashion? 🍰🤔 Working on stablizing my blood sugar was a HUGE key in my recovery from burnout and for my health in general, but I feel like it's often an area of our health we never even think about... Last weekend I flew down to Texas to be in my best friend’s and college roommate’s wedding. It was a high school AND college reunion. I normally have so much anxiety about seeing everybody from my past. It reminded me of how far my #healthstory has really come.

In high school I was diagnosed with #fibromyalgia and was continuously sick and injured. It escalated in college where I developed an eating disorder and since graduating college, I’ve gone through several different diets and lifestyle changes. I’ve tried being vegan, going paleo, cutting out sugar, you name it- I’ve tried it.

It is unbelievable to me that 8 months after having a baby, I am at my most healthy in life! I have a healthy relationship with food (no restrictions), no fibromyalgia symptoms, and I’m the most confident that I’ve been. 😁

So my Apple Watch stopped tracking my heart rate, 2 days ago! The green sensors also won’t turn on to track anything. So unfortunately I have to exchange it at the Apple depot store and they will send me a new one.

Before I started my herbalife nutrition plan, my way of life was poor due to digestive health problems and also a muscle condition. I wasn't able to work, I struggled to get out of bed & being a mum I knew I didnt want this to be my way of life. 
Within a week on my plan i notice my energy was increasing and I could finally get out of bed more and more. My first month was like a massive detox for me, but the next month is when results started to show. 
I got back into the gym, my sleep improved, I dropped a dress size and I was feelings more alive and strong. Being in the gym I completely reshaped and was able to drop another dress size, gain 7kgs of lean muscle, my metabloic age dropped dramatically and I was a power house. 
2 yrs ago I became an owner of a hair salon aswell as running my Herbalife Business.  I let time take over and my excercise plan went to nothing, I was coaching everyone else but not myself.  I then hit another stage where my muscle condition took over, but now I'm back on track, back into the gym, following my nutrition as i always have and I'm on a mission to make my health & strength one of my top priorities. Return to NZ aside, being able to order a regular milk coffee without having to mentally prepare myself for a miserable following 24 hours is nothing short of a miracle. I still go for almond milk at home because I know it's pretty standard to lose the ability to digest lactose as you age & that milk really not that great for you anyway, but MAN. I love milk. And milky coffees. How can you not when you grew up in the land of dairy farms where there's three times as many cows as people?⠀

But wow, so much can change in a year! My subscription for wholesale prices on my fav plant-based supplements renewed the other day (only $50 for up to 30% off, it's a little insane) and I am BLOWN AWAY by how such a comparatively small investment and a step of faith literally turned my life around. I did all the diet changes. I avoided anything that looked like a cow might have been involved in its making. I exercised. I fasted. I tried eating more dairy (maybe I'd get used to it?). I took digestive enzymes. I tried the expensive probiotics, the cheap probiotics. Went to a natropath, got acupuncture.... tried everything except this particular brand of supplements. UPDATE ON HEALTH: 
Went to the doctors yesterday, she is still worried about my thyroid. So I will be starting a new medication to help balance out my thyroid issues. Yes it will allow me to have piece of mind that my body will be functioning properly again. I am at 211 pounds at the moment, so I will check back after a few weeks of a solid diet and new medication. 
Also she switched up my BC so your girl won’t be having horrendous periods anymore. 
I see the end goal and its happiness and a healthy body. 🌟 .

Oh how I love a good success story! “4 years ago I was sick and tired all the time! It was a vicious cycle, I was in and out of the doctors constantly. If I wasn’t sick, I was battling chronic fatigue and joint pain! I went to the doctor finally for the chronic fatigue/joint pain and she was CONCERNED. 
What she said I will never forget, “Rebekah, I believe this is an autoimmune condition, I am not going to tell you what I am thinking right now because I don’t want you stressing. We are going to take some blood and meet again.” Well...EIGHT vials of blood later I was heading home. Scared, Concerned, not knowing what my future would look like.

**Long, vulnerable post below** 3 years ago, I was a shell of the woman I am today (even though I have bounds to go). Here I was getting an infusion, of course with my sister by my side. I was still awaiting biopsy results & my family described my coloring as ‘grey’. Along with the physical issues, I was also struggling heavily with depression and anxiety, both of which isolated me from my loved ones. I didn’t want to leave my house, or laugh, or “have a girls night.” I honestly felt quite sorry for myself & resentful of my healthy, traveling, happy friends. I needed Prozac and Ativan to get through my days and to continue working as a nurse. There were days I didn’t feel safe to be alone. ————————————————————————
Today, I’m happy to say that my symptoms are well managed and I am more confident in my ability to control my diet. At my last checkup, my bloodwork and physical health were actually good...GOOD!!! I was elated. Today, I attend girls nights & find myself laughing more than I ever have. My relationship strengthened after seeing the support & unconditional love my man showed me. Although the mental health issues will never fully resolve, as diseases often don’t, I no longer need every day medication to manage. I of course replaced medications with other things to improve mental health, like exercise, healthier eating, & opening up more when I am upset or anxious. I even plan to start talking to someone this winter, as the dark days can bring blue days. I wanted to share this very real story with you all. I feel you deserve to always hear the genuine  side of things. Having a chronic illness is very difficult to even just maintain. It is HARD work to balance a gluten free diet, financial stress, work stress, physical and mental health. But I came back from my “rock bottom” stronger than ever, & I believe in you. Trust me, if I can do this, literally anyone can! Don’t be ashamed of your healthy journey either, it adds to your character 😎

As I was thinking about my life this morning I thought about how my health has been taking an upward turn in the last few months. I am SO GRATEFUL! Those who know me know I’ve dealt with a lot of random health things in my life, a big part of which has included my skin acting out in all sorts of rashes and no doctor being able to give me a real remedy other than short term relief with lotions and antibiotics ☹️ 3 months ago I heard about some plant-based supplements that could help me with my skin and I knew I had to try it! Though it’s been slow going as our bodies don’t heal instantly, I’ve noticed small changes already! My skin has been a lot less irritated and starting to not act out as much! And as a bonus I’ve seen improvements in other areas of my health as well...my stomach doesn’t get upset as often, I have more sustained energy throughout the day, and my sugar cravings are lessening! Spin class today! Couldn’t quite get my 20 miles in because I had to go pick up Nora from the childcare on time, BUT it was good nonetheless!  Today was hard though, exhausted from the weekend, and not making it to the gym for the past 5 days. I could tell my body was struggling, but I just tried to push myself!

I have lived with two autoimmune diseases (Thrombocytopenia & endometriosis) now for 16 years so I thought being constantly exhausted emotionally and physically was something I had to live with. I use to struggle to get out of bed in the morning after a terrible or non-existent sleep, my endometriosis pain and inflammation would flare up and keep me crunched up in a ball all night and I would find relief sleeping on the cold bathroom floor a lot.

I took this picture last Saturday, on my two year anniversary of signing up to take some plant-based vitamins. 
I had been searching for what was missing in my body. After going through a battery of tests in my late teens, my doctor had told me I was a mystery. Specialists could give me no answers. A few diagnoses with no clear cause, or answers to thrive. And with other health struggles added onto that after our major car accident, my health continued to decline throughout my 20’s. 
I hid it. ‘How are you?’ Was answered with ‘Fine’ as I smiled through my pain. I stayed home in bed or on the couch when I had no energy left. When I had chronic headaches. When I felt like I was struggling to survive and keep up with the basics of my family and my job. 
At the age of 29 I googled some symptoms I was experiencing, read some possible diagnoses (that I have a history of in my family) and I cried myself to sleep. 
Then I woke up and decided to fight. I wanted to thrive. I was unwilling to accept that this was my story. 
There is always hope. 
I began searching anew. 
Diet changes showed me there was hope for improving my symptoms. I kept searching. 
A friend posted on her fb wall about some plant based vitamins that had helped improve her family’s health. So I reached out. 
I heard more stories of hope. 
I spent the next year reading, researching, praying. I felt lead to give this a try. So I signed up for that ‘pink drink’. Two years later and I am so thankful that I did. Looking back at how far my health has come in the past two years, in comparison to what I’ve experienced over the past 15 years, and I am grateful.

Instagram as we all well know but struggle to remember is a show reel, beautifully edited, curated and photographed to bring beauty to our screens, and share the perfect snippets of our lives in an inspiring way. It is hard to remember stuff exists beyond it because rarely people talk about it, I know I don’t! As well as my passion for the confidence gap which I do talk about on my blog and have shared my own journey, there’s two things I rarely talk about which are HUGE parts of my life and affect my life in actually quite a big way. You’d never know from my Instagram page, but if you know me in real life then you’ll know all to well! Firstly migraines which can take me out sick for days at a time, the other an autoimmune disease I live with which sounds dramatic but I don’t like to think of it that way, I deal with them both and have a positive mindset and I absolutely do not let either hold me back from living my life (well as much as I can), but I do no my stress and often lack of health & wellness hinders both considerably. So the truth? I have ulcerative colitis, a form of bowel disease (chrons perhaps the more recognisable one) and suffer considerably from migraines - sometimes once every week and they can wipe me for two days at a time. They make me sick, in pain and unable to leave my bed. My colitis is something I just deal with and get on with, I’ve had bad tummy all my life and so I crack on like it’s not there, but it is there. And it does affect me everyday. This is not a sob story (although I am currently fighting a migraine and despite all the sleep, a bath to try and make my back relax and neck pain go away, taking all the prescription tablets I can and the complete light and sound ban, it’s still stabbing my eye and causing me nausea) the reality is I am a very positive, happy, grateful and hopeful person and I truly don’t let these things hold me back and stop me (sometimes I have no choice, but I always get back up and move forward). But I don’t share those things here, I might add a throwaway comment about a migraine but never about the reality of the pain and illness in suffering with as a result. CTND BELOW 🤭

For the longest time, I was obsessed with my weight. I’ve tried every diet from raw vegan back in my early 20’s to paleo and keto more recently. I’ve read more diet books than I can count on my fingers and toes and forced myself into rigorous workouts for years. 
I had this misconception that I had to work very hard and control my natural cravings in order to look and feel good. But in reality, I was only creating resistance against what I wanted for myself. 
At some point, all of the efforts weren't doing me any good. I gained 15 pounds over the last few years and suffered from constant bloating, digestive issues, strange headaches,  hormonal imbalances and to top it off I had zero energy. Like I wanted to stay in bed all day zero energy. 
Aside from feeling shitty every single day,  I was miserable. 
I couldn’t just go out and have fun... oh no no no. I had to micromanage everything.  There had to be things I could eat on the menu and then I’d get upset and negative if god forbid I  was tempted to eat something that had gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, too much sodium, or even worse FRIED FOOD. 
I’d spend the next 24 hours agonizing over how badly I’d eaten and how fat and gross I felt.  Then I’d try to make up for my bad behavior by working out extra, which was draining because it came from a place of self-depreciation. 
Fast forward about 6 to 8 months and I feel like a different person. I feel like a person who is actually living her life after 10+ years of suffering from this mental illness, and a person who has actually learned to love and accept her body as it is. 
I am so inspired by my own shift and the work that I've done thus far,  that I am going to share more about my journey over the next few weeks. Baring my soul will be absolutely worth it if I am able to inspire one single person.

The weekend was full of fun events and quality time spent but Monday back to work back to school schedule!! We are typically sleepier on Mondays, they are a little more chaotic, is this starting to sound familiar?!
Yes Monday’s, with working parents and kids, will always be that day that everyone sorta anticipates its coming. 
What if I told you I had a solution to your Monday — even if it might just be something I need to practice on due inability to grasp Monday 😆 — regardless, what if I told you that solution to put an END to scattered brain on Monday... 5 Ways to De-Stress Monday:
1️⃣ plan out the next day or even your week ahead; for example if you like to drink coffee and maybe read before you leave or maybe you like to go for a run or something know what time you need to get up and have a plan for how you’ll do it
2️⃣ make sure that after your done planning lay stuff out, create reminders, organize yourself and your mind before you go to bed
3️⃣ eat a nutritious breakfast! Seriously you might laugh but a simple hard boiled egg with a piece of toast with PB or maybe your a protein shake kinda person something that will provide some juice to that brain
4️⃣ IGNORE DISTRACTIONS: listen squirrel brain 🐿 it happens but recognize it and move on because time keeps ticking, if you decide you want to style your daughters hair - go back to step one and plan it in, spur of the moment might throw you off schedule 
5️⃣ get 7-8 hours of SLEEP; lacking sleep will NOT do you good for Monday, more likely to sleep in, maybe skip something’s, you’ll want coffee over water and it’s just not good for your body

Anybody looking at that so called Monday a little different?! It’s time to start off Monday a little more confident 👊

I know I haven’t really updated on my health issues but it’s mostly because I seem cured! All the lesions are gone, I’m acting like myself and no more random bloody noses! I’m still on a low dosage of steroids but hopefully I’ll be fully off! We really are tough little nuggets 💪🏻

Normally it takes your brain a while to jump into new habits so the way I've found scripts to work is, because you're literally programming your mind to take on new ways of BEing, you're training your mind to develop new pathways and so by reading your script on a daily basis in the mirror it's going to notify you, you'll become more aware of what you're doing in the moment. It helps to make better choices!

This is not to say that you won't have a few muck ups in regards to food in the beginning. It's completely normal. As time goes on that will lessen and you'll be living your health story in no time!

What to track, why, and when?
During the 28 day WELL+FED program, I provide clients with this tracking tool. It includes food, mood, poop, sleep, and hydration. These indicators help investigate your current health by telling a story. They also hold you accountable while making changes. We DO NOT count calories, obsess over macros, or “weigh in” every day.
🗒 Tracking can be useful because we aren’t always being honest with ourselves about what we eat and seeing it on paper can help us reach our goals. The things we track during WELL+FED help connect all of the major contributing health factors. What you eat impacts your mood, how you sleep impacts your food choices, how you hydrate impacts your bowel movements and so on and so on - they are all connected.
✏️ When might it not be a good choice to track food? If you have historically or are currently struggling with disordered eating habits and tracking becomes a form of promoting those habits.
