We will gather together in sacred space for a candlelit sound ceremony held in the Sanctuary. Bathe in the sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and receive ethereal healing energies from @sacredheartalchemy @lynsacredawakenings . Be taken on a journey with guided meditation, release what no longer serves and set intentions for the next cycle in a fire ritual ✨
This is a potent moment with the energy of the Winter Solstice, Christmas and the moon peaking at full the following day. Join with us to celebrate this special time of year ✨
Held by Paris, co-founder of Avalon @sacredheartalchemy ... Includes warming herbal tea by @tarnandmoon and naturopathic sweet treats by @that_vegan_chef - we hope you can join us! ✨ Tickets for sale via website - link in bio ✨

Radiate positivity - being negative will only get you so far. When we believe something negative is going to happen we are willing it to be so, but if we go into all situations with an open mind and positive attitude not only will we feel better but the chance of the situation going a bit more smoothly will amplify because of our positive energy!
Being positive doesn’t mean however, that everything is going to go your way it means, accepting and understanding that you will be okay if it doesn’t! It’s understanding that maybe at that moment this is what is best for you. There are little things we can all try to do on a daily basis to help train our minds to be more positive! -
1) Observe your thoughts 💭You can’t fix a problem if you don’t fully understand what it is
2) Positive Affirmation - This could be as simple as telling yourself that today will be a good day!
3) Surround yourself with positive people - by removing the people or things in your life that being you down, you will almost immediately feel 10x lighter. We should only be surrounding ourselves with those who want us to be happy and succeed! -
Benefits of positive 💭 - Increased lifespan
-lower depression rates
-better cardiovascular health .
whatever you do today, try to bee positive 🐝
He looks at her coming his way with the trolley half full and he laughs as the trolley slightly touches him.
She laughs and teases him that he definitely was scared.
They take those brown paper packages and start filling them after ticking the things off the to-do list.
He goes to the next section to get cheese and returns to find her making funny faces. The kid next to her is looking at her like she's crazy. He laughs. What a mad girl. But damn, she's too cute.
He rushes her away so that the parents don't hit them and she animatedly talks about some lady who bought all the tomatoes. She pouts and he tries to hide his smile.
Just opposite to them is an ice cream counter and she rushes to find out if they've got the bubble gum one. Five minutes later she rushes back. She forgot to take the trolley. She blushes at her forgetfulness. He winks and tells her to wait as he gets two ice cream cones.
They spend the rest of the hour fighting over what vegetables to take and if they need a new pan.
By the time they leave, it's already evening so they head to their favourite coffee shop.
He watches her adding sugar to her coffee and blushes. She doesn't starve and that's kind of refreshing. He looks at her scrolling through her phone. Every time she finds something exciting, she chats about it and he listens like she's changing a prayer.
It's a simple Wednesday and they did nothing special. Yet, he's having the time of his life.
This is what he loves most about her.
She can turn an ordinary Wednesday into an exciting one and she can do it with a trolley full of groceries.
Damn, she's something.
He takes her hand in his and plants a kiss on it.
She doesn't realise it but she's special.
She's a happy person who always brings joy to people.
And he's in love with her happiness.
This is me 😊
Who are you?......No, not your name. You? The person behind the mask. The person people don't really get to see.
In Japan there is a belief that everyone has three faces. The one we let the world see, the one we show our friends and family then finally, the one that only we know. This last one is our truest self. Our soul. The person we are deep down inside.
So does the world see the real you or the person you want them to see? And why? What are you afraid of?
Each of us is perfect in our own way and if someone doesn't like who you are, they're not your friend. If you need to look, talk, walk, laugh, eat, or anything elsein a certain way to "impress" someone, or make them happy, then you're doing it all wrong.
Show the world who you really are and watch it all come right back at you.
Be who you are and the right people will gravitate to you.
"After marijuana helps patriarch with Alzheimer’s, his family pushes for more research:
A Massachusetts family’s experience giving marijuana edibles to their dying patriarch is set to kick off a desperately needed investigation into how cannabis might treat some of the more troubling symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, a condition that affects 5.7 million Americans"
