Today’s session was a little more intense and way longer (Damn near 3 hrs 😩) than originally planned & I blame it entirely on too much pre-workout. That adrenaline dump set in QUICK after the euphoria wore off, lmao!
Anyways, definitely too tired to cook so had to hit up my favorite local Sushi spot for dinner as a reward:

Ever since I started using the mace, and kettlebells my shoulder stability has gotten so much better! 🏋🏽♂️ A year ago I couldnt even do a push-up due to a shoulder injury🤕 And while I still dont feel the need to lift heavy frequently, having the capability to do so feels great 👊🏽
