I struggled this morning. Real hard. Leaving my warm comfy bed at 8:30 on a Saturday morning to go to the gym did not sound appealing to me at all. I had to remind myself of my goals and why I am doing this. Since I didn’t work out at all the last 2 days it was more than necessary for me to go. And I eventually did.
Result of struggling this morning? It’s not worth it. I always feel so much better after a good workout!!
