Продолжая тему о стрессовом гормоне картизоле , расскажу вам как снизить его уровень.
И так :
▪️Это медитации. По исследованиям буддисты испытывают очень мало стресса, даже практически вообще не испытывают. Хм секрет в их блестящей причёске ? Было дело ,знал я человека который верил в буддизм, но вот спокойным он точно не был . Но,сама тема буддизма мне очень нравится . ▪️Правильная музыка. Да да, если в вашем плейлисте правильная подборка треков ,то она оказывает успокаивающие действие. В Японии  в больницах включали музыку на серьезных процедурах и тд уровень картизола у данной группы был ниже, чем у людей в спокойной комнате. Да и вообще как по мне Музыка это магическая вещь.
▪️Сон. Писал я уже о сне. Почему рекомендуют спать 8 ,А не 6ч? Да потому что, за время 8 ми часового сна ваш организм может полностью восстановиться от стресса за сутки, а для нас каждый день это стресс, уровень картизола снижается на половину! Есть исследование и о дневном сне, но оно очень спорно. Заключается оно в том ,что дневной сон, восполняет  и восстанавливает организм, у людей которые недоспали ночью. ▪️Массаж . При грамотном массаже . Спустя нескольких сеансов уровнь картизола падает и держится в одной планке долго.
▪️Ну и самое забавное на последок. Жевачка, именно ! При жевание жвачки, увеличения  кровотока и а активности в некоторых участках мозга. Вооооот. Лучший антикатаболик - орбит . 
А вообще просто высыпайтесь , меньше нервничайте, не ругайтесь с окружающими и ваши мышцы не будут разрушаться 😀😀

I’m not usually a veggie burger girl but OMG this one is just the best. And no soy or fillers or crap! I recommend it to all my vegetarian and carnivore friends alike (@naturalgrocers & @wholefoods carry)

Go nuts for coconuts...I could live on these...oh to go to the islands! 🌴🌴🌴🌴Coconut water is full of electrolytes so if you're dehydrated and contemplating buy a sports drink don't be nuts just go nuts for this nuts water!...technically this is a fruit not a nut and full of essential fats...
Now if you're using coconut oil already...are you aware it should be virgin, organic and cold pressed? 
A little thing I uncovered recently that made me aware many of them in the supermarkets and even health shops are not. It's all about processing again...

Prepped turkey burgers for lunch with a side of sweet potato fries 🍟 and allllll the veggies 😎 Sautéed some mushrooms and onions to go along with the burger because those are just a necessity, right? 😉 I heated up the burger in the skillet while the rest of the food cooked 🙌🏻 Didn’t even heat the sweet potato fries up because I snacked on too many while everything else was cooking 😜 These turkey burgers aren’t going to blow anyone away with being incredibly innovative but they’re super easy to make, heat up really well, and you don’t need a million ingredients 💯 That’s just the way I like my recipes because I tend to mess up the more ingredients there are 😂 And who wants to waste money on that?! 🙅🏼‍♀️ It makes about 5 burgers and if you don’t eat them all in 3-4 days, just freeze them and then pull it out when you’re in a hurry 👌🏻 I’m off to my first Barre class ever and it’s so outside my comfort zone because I am not a dancer or flexible 😬 But one of my intentions this month is trying new things so here we go I guess 😅 Anyone have any last minute advice for me haha 😆 Hope you guys have a wonderful evening!! ❤️ ———————————————————————————- lunch details 👉🏻 1 turkey burger: recipe (makes 5), 1 pound turkey + 1/4 cup sautéed peppers + 1/4 cup sautéed spinach + 2 tbsp Italian seasoning cooked in the skillet over medium heat for about 10 mins on each side 👌🏻 + 1/2 avocado 🥑 + tomatoes + onions + mushrooms + sweet potato fries (400F for 40 mins) + microgreens 💕

Reader's Digest version: This guy's mom was diagnosed with dementia in her mid-fifties, no family history whatsoever. So he goes on a quest to find out why she got it and how to help other people keep their brains healthy. He narrowed it down to how our food supply has changed. This book covers all the foods we need to avoid and all the foods we should eat to keep our brains in proper working order. EVERYONE needs to read it, seriously. There’s a link to it in my bio.

These are the keto food items I use the most and I’m always making sure are stocked up. My meat isn’t included here but I eat a lot of organic chicken, grass fed beef mince, sausages and pork. .

1. my vegetables - cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, avocados, spinach, Kale, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage, Brussels sprouts are always topped up each week.

2. These are a selection of products I use a lot : coconut oil, almonds, walnuts, almond milk, @meadowmarrow bone broths, mozzarella grated cheese, full cream, coconut milk, cream cheese, zucchini noodle maker, block of cheese, fresh rosemary, ground cumin, turmeric, ginger, garlic salt, Dijon mustard and nespresso coffee pods. Also on this pile would be eggs (I go through approx 18 eggs a week) and meat.

3. This is my running fuel. I run totally fat adapted so I add @temple_nutrition MCT oil to my espresso each morning. I make some almond butter, MCT oil and almond nut fat bombs.  I eat avocado and boiled eggs before a long run. I run with @ketonutritionsport gels. I add the fat bomb mix into those baby food pouches to also use as fuel during my half marathons.  Himalayan salt goes into the mix. .

4. This is my keto baking pile : Almond Flour, coconut flour, Psylium husk, xanthan gum, Natvia Stevie sweetener, sugar free maple syrup, almond butter/spread and also normally included here are gluten free baking powder, vanilla extract, low carb choc chips, and butter. .

5. And then we have my fave sweet tooth snack, strawberries and 90% Lindt choc. I like to make bark out of the chocolate or just eat a couple of squares as it is and I love berries.

Keto camping ⛺️ i used to worry about travelling when eating keto but now I’m pretty confident in making good choices wherever we go. This week we are on an RV trip and i have challenged myself to drift to strict keto. Everyone else had turkey club sandwiches at lunch and i had everything bar the bread. Tasted great. 😊

I added 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil (or MCT oil, but I used that in my BP coffee this morning) 
Add some mixed berries on top! I sprinkled some Bee Pollen on top to make it more nutrient dense.

But they have a pecan sea salty flavor I really want to try too!  I just wanted to try one before I invested in more. Basically $25 for 10, so that’s $5 a week to eat 2 packs a week for a 5 week month 😉. So I wouldn’t eat one everyday-but a good option if I’m on the go 👍🏻. A weeknight dinner that's ready in 30 minutes or less! Sesame Meatballs with Peanut Sauce 🥜

Meatballs:
1 lbs ground chicken or pork
1 egg
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp seseme oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Sauce:
4 tbsp @pb.and.me organic powdered peanut butter
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp soya sauce
.
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lightly grease.
Combine all the meatball ingredients in a bowl, then form into balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
In a small bowl add all the sauce ingredients. Using a fork whisk together until smooth. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency. 
When the meatballs are done top them with sesame seeds and chill flakes. Serve with rice or a salad. -
