What are you grateful for today?
1. Today I am grateful for our Sunday night ritual of games and food, yesterday we made our Chrissy tiegen recipe and then ordered takeout for dinner from Chins.
2. Today I am grateful that I made the decision to get up and go to the gym.
3. Today I am grateful Katerina wakes up and goes to the gym with me. We support each other this way.
I ask this of myself everyday, it is not perfect nor is it usually very deep.
But it is intentional.
By practicing to notice and name the things in my life I am grateful for I am training my reticular activating system #RAS to bring these moments to the forefront of my vision.
Listen Openly, Speak Truthfully, Act Intentionally.
Thank you all soooo much for coming by yesterday to the @lydiaandpearl Market ! It was so nice talking to everyone and getting to meet you face to face. And I made so many new friends!
Seriously blown away by how kind, generous and fun everyone at this event was!
It's cool to think about where the cards you bought will land and how each of you will be loving on ladies in some way. ❤️
Thank YOU for making my first market so amazing.
These markets are successful because YOU show up and support @citywithoutorphans and this maker community. 😍
Still smiling thinking about yesterday. And taking deep breaths, feeling so so grateful.
Wanted to Encourage someone this morning. Just Invite HIM in and HE will do the Rest!!! ... In JESUS name. My baby is Anointed!!! It doesn’t matter who threw Him away, who don’t like him, who don’t like his wife, who don’t like us Period... what GOD gives no man or devil can take away. The anointing on his life is a blessing on this family and we don’t welcome the attacks but we don’t bow down either. This is our season of refinement and we have to reason to Praise GOD!!! #HappySunday#PraisetheLORD#PraiseHIM and we are thankful for @realjohngray at Our @myrelentlesschurch for bringing the Word this morning that put us on our face and made us lift our hands in Praise. We receive it... #Encouragement#GoForth#GrowForth in JESUS NAME 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Today was just what Abba ordained...extraordinarily supernatural. Marvin and I were honored to witness prophecy fulfilled as #TheDanielsDream manifested with a Covenant Collision between Apostle Alicia Daniels @apostolicthunder and Prophet Michael T. Daniels. There are no words to express how Abba moved in so many ways on TODAY...The POWER & AUTHORITY shall go forth with a rushing wind to further advance the Kingdom!
Congratulations on your nuptials Mr. & Mrs. Daniels! May divine joy, peace, protection, abundance, provision, health & vision rest upon each of you, your Union and all connected to YOU!
Moral: “Often times, you are doing the work but can’t see your own success. Be proud of the parent you are! Be proud of the worker you are! Be proud of the person you are! As you grow in life, embrace all lessons, forgive yourself & others, don’t forget your experiences and serve with purpose.
Never, look at any stepping stone, bridge in life or opportunity with demise because God designed your life to be mission driven. It’s key to work as a team, remain coachable, and operate with humility.” JVB #equality#self -respect #focus#leadership#goforth#caringjustbecause
Un año en Australia. One year. One year of waterfalls, music fests, surfing, and camping. One year of slinging beer and drinking beer, with incredible new friends. Today is also my last day on the farm. Work is done. Visa renewal: filed ✔
And if I'm lucky, this whole show might get picked up for a second season. 🇦🇺
Tanjung Bidara Challenge 2018. Last tri event for the year and first time experiencing this race. Happy to report that it's a great race, especially competing alongside the Malaysia Armed Forces. Slightly over distanced OD tri but a real bang for the buck!
Swim (1.8km) - Super Stoke with my OWS timing. Wasn't having high expectations but was definately going faster than I usually would. The only thing is the buaya darat suffered a lot of katak kicks & leg pulls during the swim.
Bike (47km ish) - Equally stoked as I wasn't putting much bike time the last few months. The route was excellent with a mix of flats and rolling hills. Interesting to have "wedding crashed" through a few wedding kenduris along the route.
Run (slightly under 10km) - Wasn't my day albeit prepping very well for the run. Was having tummy upsets over last night's dinner and the a new gel I hadn't tried before. Tummy was growling and had to walk several times to avoid unnessasary bowel mishaps.
Overall its a great race and would look forward to next year's edition.

One of the best parts of my job is getting to instruct, prepare, and watch athletes and fitness clients play in the daily symphony of facing new challenges, adapting, and working towards becoming a beautiful reflection of their efforts as they move nearer to their goals, knowing full well its a never ending cycle of overcoming challenges, progressing up the ladder, evaluating the gaps in their game, and getting back to work. Whatever level of fitness you value, possess, or desire—understand that the journey IS the destination, that you never arrive, and that how you define your legacy is by being willing to commit yourself whole heartedly to the grind. You have to love the game, more than you love success. Success is a great feeling, but any time I’ve ever spent on a podium is both a mere fraction of a snapshot of what it takes to get there, and a (joyful) moment, but still a moment in time at that. Ask anyone who’s ever achieved something great, and if they’re in it for the right reasons, they’ll tell you endless stories of the long and arduous hours spent in preparation, and you’ll see the passion they have coming through every word as you can see those trials and tribulations they’ve experienced in their eyes as they speak. Rarely those individuals speak about the moments just before and just after winning unless directly prompted... because their greatness wasn’t achieved in that moment, it had to be built brick by brick for as long as it takes to get there. I am grateful to work with (and to have worked with in the past) many athletes who uproot normalcy, turn their lives upside down, and sell their soul to the game for a no-guarantee OPPORTUNITY to find themselves in a moment to express their greatness and validation. Here’s to all those who are willing to stand in the face of uncertainty long enough to see greatness emerge. ⚒#goforth#lovethegame#beALLTIME ..........................

Pastor Peppy and Pastor Joey were live today on FB (you can still check out the replay) and they were talking about burn-out.
What do you do when you’re burnt out, even when doing something good- like ministry? First, you need to recognize that you are burnt out. People close to you can usually tell when you’re showing symptoms. Second, rest and refresh. Time with God is critical in those seasons. He’s your ever-flowing source of energy and renewal.
-disconnecting from co-dependency
-managing your own calender
-saying no or yes based upon priorities or your own needs
- no longer answering to everyone or feeling the need to explain
-realizing you have been explaining but no one listened or took it seriously
-Being okay with people believing various accounts of whatever without context
