I set out just to lose 30 lbs. I wasn’t trying to create a transformation in myself, but it happened. Shedding the weight and eating well sort of woke me up from the inside out. 💡I’ve stopped hiding from relationships, opportunities, activities. I wear what I WANT now, and I don’t settle for “just because it fits.” 👠I’m more secure when it comes to intimacy with my husband and more likely to initiate play with my 3 yr old. 💏I’m more expressive and lively, and overall I feel a sense of abundance in my life. That’s what 60 lbs weight loss and gaining a healthy mindset can do.

But quite often I’m asked, What can do I do if I don’t like plain water? For me, I’m happy to drink +/- 3litres of water per day but I also do recognise that it can be difficult to start out doing when you’re used to drinking Soft drinks (soda’s)..This recipe is a great way to add some healthy flavour to the water that your drinking.. Hey friends! These legs got 6.3 miles in today. Weaving and art have taken the back burner and my over all health has taken the front seat. Im making new things and can’t wait to share them but they are taking slower than my usual pace. I appreciate everyone that has supported this little business I do and thanks for sticking around as I figure out my balance. I know once the heavy rain hits I will have lots more time sitting and working on my love for art but ATM I’m getting as much time outside as I can.
