A lot of you ask if this is the only thing i do for my workout.. & it just depends on the day! If I’m short on time, I’ll only do this and go as hard as i can to make it super effective, & sometimes I’ll do sprints and then a circuit like this! Workout: 5 times total!
30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest!
Complete exercise for 30 seconds non stop. Rest for 30 seconds and move into the next exercise. After the 5th, rest 2 minutes & repeat!

Yesterday was LEG day and WOW! I pushed myself hard in the morning and still felt good the rest of the day 🤯👊
I really love this routine and I feel the good sore and have so much time to do other things. Today and tomorrow are rest days, yep 2 day rest days. Of course some stretching will be included and rolling out some sore muscles. That is a-okay with me 😉 💟

When we try to catch something that’s heavier than what we weren’t expecting or can’t handle, it may take a few times to get control of the weight. It took @damnjulianne 4x to get the toss and squat down because we weren’t expecting the weight to dictate our workout. Despite the weight ( and laughter) we figured out how to distribute the weight from the ball into our squats. No matter the weight of your situation, there will always be a way to overcome the storm. God places those storm to help you grow and learn each time you fall. No matter the weight of the situation in your life. Don’t give up, there is a light at the end of the tunnel! 1️⃣ Rower- 200m , 250m, 300m, 350m
2️⃣Wall balls- 25, 30, 35, 40
3️⃣Walkout to hand clap- 4x1 min
4️⃣Toss and squat-4x 1 min
5️⃣ Leg lifts and squat- 4x 1 min (each partner)

My client Jacqueline said to me this morning, after calling me before our session to warn me of some knee pain & shoulder stiffness, "If this was a month ago, I'd have come up with an excuse and cancelled." Physical change happens slower than most of us want it to, but tenacity has a long term pay day. Lost 1 inch here, 3 lbs there, a few more reps than last time, walking turns into jogging, 30 second planks turn into 60 second planks, caught your reflection in a window and thought, ooh look at my legs ... the list goes on.
My favourite changes are the attitude changes. Those are the ones that separate success from failure. "I should" turns into "I want to." "I have to" turns into "I get to."
"I can't" turns into "I'm gonna, damnit."
You're not going to feel 100% every day, but every day you are going to have the option to not let little things get in the way. Sore shoulder? Do some squats ;) Creaky knees? Pull out your yoga mat and stretch. You're doing great. 💕| Much love, Michelle |

Happy Friday!! I decided to do a full body workout today. I usually never do full body workouts buuuuuut I really enjoyed this one. It took me about 30 minutes. *I used 10lbs*
5 ROUNDS: try to only rest for water!
- Bent over rows x15
- Squat to press x15
- Plank to squat bicep curl x15
- Crunch to over head press x15
- Hip thrusts with dumbell x15
- Kettlebell swings x15
- Dumbell snatches x15

This workout felt good today...except for wall high knees ☠️😜... I didn’t do the mountain climbers because they always seem to aggravate my DR. Loved the plank toe taps as always 😍. Started with C2 today...really got my heart pumping!
Lots of moves to wobble thru & practice today. Really focused on ab engagement and form with the cable machine stuff. Got balanced on my right leg, but had to brace myself on my left leg for those single leg deadlift cable rows. It’s okay. It’ll get there 😉. The dumbbell pass thru lunges were another coordination challenge, but I got them eventually 😁🙌🏻...Kept my self-talk positive today & was proud of myself for getting through 2 rounds each of C1-3! #positivitychallenge
