Before this set:
180kgx1 Went up faster than the last 182.5 sumo pull.
1. Upper back/lats not tight enough at the start of the lift.
2. Groin/hips felt ok which made it easier to finish the lift.
3. Left my tripod 😣 and the phone fell.
Not a lot of cities take the effort to keep their old building going. A lot of times they just build a new one to replace the old one. Melbourne city has done a great job keeping it heritage building going strong!
