I’m getting used to being sore all the time again and let me tell you ITS AN ADJUSTMENT!! I feel tired and I’m not really sure how much I should be eating because I don’t really eat much and I kinda feel like I’m forced feeding myself ? I know I need the protein and the carbs but it’s a lot more calories than I’m used to and my body is like mehhhh
I’m still trying to identify my goals and what I want to see out of myself which I should’ve started with but I’m really not sure yet. Lolol anyways I hope everyone is feeling well and kicking 🍑🍑
IF YOU DON’T PUT IN THE WORK HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO GET RESULTS?! Whether that’s with working out or doing something at work or trying to accomplish a goal you’ve had your mind on. Sitting on your ass and thinking about it doesn’t make it come true. Get your ass up and start making moves to get that body or that promotion or whatever it is YOU WANT. You have the power to bring anything to life if you put in A C T I O N. I go through shit, you go through shit but it should NEVER stop you. A little goes a long way.
