I’m getting used to being sore all the time again and let me tell you ITS AN ADJUSTMENT!! I feel tired and I’m not really sure how much I should be eating because I don’t really eat much and I kinda feel like I’m forced feeding myself ? I know I need the protein and the carbs but it’s a lot more calories than I’m used to and my body is like mehhhh

#nsv have been putting off trying on bridesmaids dresses for my brothers wedding(or you know, clothes in general) since the last half of football season has us all eating like unsupervised toddlers at a grocery store. The only thing I have been fastidious about is making it to my @f45_training_bocaraton workouts 3-5 times a week, as it has become both my outlet and my sanity. This dress not only fit,  but I didn’t hate it. ❤️ New goal is to have to have it taken in by Feb! .

The partial range of motion (top half of a deadlift) of the rack pull targets the trapezius and back muscles to a great extend due to (1) the lifter lifting heavier loads than normal, and (2) not being as bent over where they could potentially used more of their quads, hamstrings, and glutes to assist more in the lift.
