Yo peeps I’ve been extremely MIA, been working on so many projects it’s been crazy. Glad I found the time to make some fire with @natedaheim 📸 I’m looking to shoot a lot soon. If you are a photographer looking to shoot send me a DM and we can schedule it! 🙌🏼
Had the best weekend getting to know some new coworkers, grilling with the fam, and helping people get started on their own wellness journeys with @theconfidenceco! Love spending my Sunday nights on the deck reflecting on the weekend and planning the upcoming week! ✨💗
560lbs DL PR - Started training w coach @the_monstermaker back in May 14, 2018. In midst of training, I strained my left vastus quad muscle which set me back a few weeks, then my Grandma Ligaya passed away. Life happens, stay dedicated and focused. You want to be serious and train hard, hit up my coach @the_monstermaker in Tacoma @ @gstandardgym. Don’t fuck around, he’ll make you a monster 💪
#SundaesOnSunday AND #nationalicecreamday 😱😱😱 I had to celebrate with @eatenlightened marshmallow peanut butter pint topped with @knowfoods marshmallows and @epicspreads peanut butter. I couldn’t decide which picture to use! Swipe and let me know which you would have used! ‼️and keep your eyeballs peeled on @eatenlightened stories to see the #enlightenedsquad hosting giveaways because @eatenlightened wants as many people as possible to try their ice cream and I think that’s beautiful. ❤️🍦 plus if you post with the hashtag #pintadayjuly and tag me, you could win vouchers for free @eatenlightened 🙌
For my daily dose of rambles, remember to get perspective from time to time. Life is hard, but there are so much bigger issues than what I get anxious about. There are people going through trying times all over the world. But we can overcome these things, we can conquer them. Happy Sunday!
How did you celebrate #nationalicecreamday ? #teamenlightened
Slow process, but quitting won't speed it up.. I have faith in my consistent hard work, I hit a plateau, kind of.. Switched my training style, from enduranced high reps to heavy strength training 6-12 reps. Body reacted immediately. Same shit not gonna keep working over n over. Gotta switch it up. Ur body adapts. My best advice.. Before u start, grasp a basic understanding on what u need to eat. It's everything. There was times I was drinking kick start and eating hot cheetos between sets. Absolutely clueless at 18 y/o. I studied a lot of YouTube, still do. U really can't learn without screwing up 1st. I discovered the eat big to get big strategy at 19 y/o. Nobody ever adds in eat more (clean) food. I spent $20 a day on unhealthy foods with the expectations of looking like Arnold. I would eat, step on scale. Eat, step on scale and repeat. Obsessed with the number on the scale and not what's in the mirror. Stupid, laughable. U learn and get better.
