Tonight I feel compelled to speak about anxiety and how it is a secret joy killer....... it sneaks up from the dark shadows when you least expect...... it and it drags you under it could happen with just a simple sentence .....that takes you back to a simple feeling which kills you from the inside and then this shadow it just follows you the rest of the day....... until you either decide to crawl back into bed and try ignore it or go about your day like nothing even happened and hope it passes .......sometime it don’t it could last for days the feeling....... ohh you feel this lump in your chest like someone opened you up and replaced your heart with a rotting apple and it makes you feel physically sick...... but being sick is not a option...... it also replaces every happy thought with quite the opposite but distractions help....to anyone feeling sad or helpless please know you are never alone and this feeling to shall pass.....the past may remain the past but trauma is what we shall work though together......love and light to you all 💕😊🌙🌻
It's time to make changes happen!
Two years ago i have lost 23 kilograms. My weight was around 115 kilograms and after my transformation about 92 kilograms. I did not only lose some weight, but I felt better, healthier and sportier.
I lost the motivation, because i have reached my goals too fast. In addition i had a very stressfull time, so the motivation was down. ❗My goal is to start a twelve weeks lasting fitness challenge. I will post the progress on a weekyl basis here and i hope to motivate some people out there! I will try to eat much healthier.
