Y’all we’re on YouTube! Link in bio! We’ve been asked about our videos and we wanted to compile full videos for you to see. We’ll add them to our channel as we make them and will most likely remake or edit those that are poor quality.
I always recommend going into the gym with a plan of what you’ll workout, but some exercises will work your muscles better than others. If you’re doing a set of 3 but really getting a great pump, do more! Your job in the gym isn’t to follow your program exactly, it’s to breakdown your muscles as much as possible to get as much from your workouts as possible💪🏼
Flow Friday! 🔔
✨ TAG a friend who could use fun new workouts!
Here's the breakdown of today's flow!
🔔 Switch Snatch
🔔 1/2 Kneel Swing
🔔 Racked Press
🔔 1/2 Get Up
📌 Save it and try it! Tag me in your video and I'll repost your flow!
PS: In case you're interested, here's the backstory behind this quick video. It took me over an hour to get this right twice in a row. This was as much a mental workout as it was a physical one. I only stopped because both hands started bleeding. 😅 I absolutely love my current workout plan, but I needed something a little less structured today - with as busy as I've been, it felt nice just to move. Anyway, this was a ton of fun, and I'd be happy to put together new flows each week. Just let me know! 💙

I’ve received a couple messages over the last week or so asking me how to stay on track during the holidays.
The holiday is filled with lights, sparkle, cheer, food, family, love, and all the other wonderful things that we look forward to all year.
but that doesn’t mean that we are untouchable when it comes to holidays stress and continuing our weight loss progress.
As I’ve talked about before, I used to absolutely dread the holidays.
I was so OBSESSED with the food that was going to be available, going over my calories, and completely convinced that I was going to lose all progress within one meal.
I spent the entire holiday either feeling complete guilt and worthlessness because I had a piece of pie
or ate “healthy” and missed out on the real important stuff in life because I was so distracted.
Don’t let food CONTROL you.
Don’t let one meal TAKE OVER your memories and beautiful times with your loved ones
I let food control me. I let one meal take over my life, and I won’t get those days back.
The holidays are more than that.
YOU are more than that.
Don’t go into your holiday with a meal prepped salad (LOL watch my story for that one)
And don’t go into your holiday thinking of how you need to “make it up”
ENJOY the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the LOVE
Live in the moment and get back to your normal routine the next day ❤️ Over the next week I will be sharing my TOP TIPS on how to make the most of your holiday, without any stress or giving up life.
What is something you struggle with most over the holidays? 👇🏼 I’ll make an entire post surrounding each topic!
Cheers guys👍🏼! It’s time for me to take 4ish days off from the gym to fully recover✅ for my next 12 week training block💪🏼. During this time off my main goals are to decrease inflammation, increase digestion, recover my CNS and to just fully recover😴😴. Currently 206ish on the scale..The next 12 weeks I’m going to shoot for around 190 before I start cyclical bulking to add more muscle to this frame💪🏼. Push your limits today🔥🔥🔥!!

Who knew I’d like Yoga Chisel... (don’t worry @chelseakoehnen , it’l never replace your vinyasa flow) .
I’ve been known to talk trash on chisel from time to time. At the end of the day, all it takes is a GREAT COACH. Thank you Shelie for leading an awesome class. Ultimately, you get out what you put in. We’re always in control. But it’s INCREDIBLY helpful to have a great instructor along the way.... .
It can also be detrimental to have a BAD coach. Be mindful and don’t let one bad experience stop you from seeking out better guidance.
After a long day of SITTING at jury duty (sat for much longer than I typically do in a day), went STRAIGHT to a gym to open up. Hip/ back fix recipe: - Foam roll 5min
- Bird dogs
- Mini band walks
- Single leg ball slams - Box jumps - 5x5 back squat - Front foot elevated reverse lunges
- TONS of KB Swings
Downtown is quite the scene... Was compelled to workout shirtless with all the other guys outside. But hey, it’s late October and still warm in SD. No complaints outta me.
Friday shenanigans.. ENJOY THE PROCESS (and the fails.. on this downhill slope hah) .
Yesterday I had a great chat with @petemccall_fitness about: Do people training GPP (general physical preparedness) need specific goals? He wrote an article for @acefitness saying no. I do think it’s a good idea to set goals...
But, a strong argument can be made for both sides. I could be convinced. REGARDLESS, we agreed that in order to be SUCCESSFUL, you must ENJOY THE PROCESS. Things don’t change overnight. It takes time. And that requires patience and persistence. Why suffer the whole time. WORK HARD, PLAY HARDER. Enjoy the journey my friends! @flydanafitness .
Handstand progression drills coming @kaisafit !!
Get up, get moving! How do you start/ end your days? I chose to move. .
When you ask someone “How are you doing?” the typical response seems to be “BUSY”. .
Of course. We’re all busy. That doesn’t mean you can’t carve out time in the day for yourself. Set an INTENTION. If you dig into your schedule and create AWARENESS, I’m sure you can find 15..20..30 minutes to get your movement practice in. 📸 credit @ryanmoore1192
