Cheeseburgers and Elotes just feel like Summer...
Sous vide burgers using the @anovaculinary immersion circulator and @tuxtonhome stockpot. The burgers were charred hard on the @primoceramicgrills Oval XL cast iron. Bagged the burgers then set sail at 132°F for 3 hours. Removed, dried and seasoned with salt and pepper...these burgers were then given a beautiful crust...and the #elotes ...❤🍔🌽
