Holy geeze, y'all. The last few days have been really stressful at work, but this work out may have alleviated that a bit because it was a good one.
I did 10 minutes on the elliptical to warm up, which I have NEVER been able to do before. I did 5 minutes for the first time on Tuesday and I challenged myself today. My legs are really feeling it after completing the circuit with all the aerobic steps.
Today was also my weigh in, and while I didn't lose as much as I normally do, I lost and it was enough to get me to 40lbs total lost! 😁😁😁💪💪💪I also just really thought my outfit was cute today.
