A mixture of Pilates and yoga and holy Moly did i get killer workout. Freak man, you wouldn't think just using your body as resistance, and straching would be so Hard. Definitely see where I got to work harder and put my focus for awhile. Kick it into high gear and lose this belly once and for all " WhOot WhOot " 🎶🔥😜. Finish with 25min on elliptical and lifted weights again, was a great night 💪🔥

It’s funny, that doing all of these things and staying on point, I haven’t lost any more than I have in the previous months. Kinda stinks, but I’m holding myself accountable and doing these things to be healthy! It’s not all about weight loss, it’s about making sure that I’m doing things that are sustainable. This isn’t just for short term, this is for the rest of my life! The closer I get to my “goal weight,” the more nervous I am getting. Don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym, don’t want to spend 45 min doing cardio on a treadmill
Try high intensity interval training (hiit) essentialy you go as hard as you can for a short period of time. Take a brief rest then go again. This burns a lot of calories in a quicker time then it would for normal cardio session, but if you enjoy walking a treadmill for 45 min then keep doing that :)

Back at it again💪🏾💪🏾 I had a little hiatus because I just started school again and had to get it together with class preparation and what not. I went to my school's gym today and it's actually pretty decent. I worked out on this cool machine as you see in the video and also on thr treadmill and did a total of 40 mins of working out. I can't wait to use the other machines! 😁😁😊

The rain took my workout indoors. It was so hard getting back on the elliptical after months of being stationary! I struggled throughout a majority of it. But I’m happy I was able to push through and I feel a ton better because of it 💪🏽
