I was on a sugar high from eating leftover birthday dessert for my dinner, so I figured I might as well go workout. 4-layer delight🍰 is the new preworkout - jk jk 😜. I did 20 mins on the elliptical, 10 mins rowing, then about 20 mins of arm machines. This was workout 4️⃣ for this week 💪👍

Learning my purpose was incredible! I realized that there's nothing special about me outside of the gifts God gave me for the specific reason of walking out God's plan for my life! I've been through stuff like we all have.
My pain had a purpose and that was to learn how to conquer my demons through Jesus, experience complete healing through the ultimate healer (Jesus) and seek to love those around me who have a hard time loving themselves... Like I used to be.
