Emotional expression... Through dance, speech, exercise, sports, meditation, friends - however you express your emotion, NEVER FORGET TO DO IT. If we don't let out how we are feeling it can literally come out through health conditions such as poor digestion, skin conditions, irritability, depression (and more). If we repress our emotions for long enough we may see health challenges such as binge eating, chronic fatigue and even serious health conditions. Allow yourself to FEEL. Allow yourself to let go of emotions that don't serve you purpose. The more we do this, the more liberated we feel, we become lighter, happier, healthier and more grounded. Don't ever let yourself forget this 💕

I’m gonna eat, ignore the crazies, and try to not need my arms seeing as they are NOT functioning properly anyways due to me... totally growing new muscles🙌🏻❤️💪🏼 haha Mmmm and blue chips 😄I’m always looking for new ways to get a serving of carbs sans bread, potatoes, or pasta. Blue corn tortillas are fun and delicious. I kinda wanted to melt cheese on them but it’s tooo f*#king hot🔥☠️🔥. I had some shredded chicken, red onions, olive oil mayo, mini cukes, that pink salt, and a serious grinding of a bunch of spices. (Curry is good too) Then I stuffed the mixture into romaine lettuce like a 🌮 #foodgasm . Did you know I’m a huge sparking 💦 fan? Should probz get one of those water thingys... what it called??? Anyways, what to do on a wretchedly hot Monday afternoon???
A new day. A new week. A new goal! Going to eat 100% fruits & veggies this week. Why? To give my body a break from all processed food. I don’t eat a lot of processed food b.u.t. some popcorn here and there or some fancy quinoa chips or even a granola bar from time to time starts to weigh me down a bit. It’s all processed food and my goal is to remove it all completely by the end of 2018. Yes, it’s challenging b.u.t. this year is all about overcoming challenges and being my very best self so this is part of that process for me. Willfully we all are mindful of the types of foods we eat and the impact food has not only on our waistline but also on our body and brain’s ability to perform at their very best capacity. Don’t know about you, b.u.t. that is so critical at this point in time. Dear men who eat meat: this is one of the many reasons a woman who eats plant based foods does not want you physically. Why would she, after transforming her diet and healing her womb, allow you to bring acid into her pH balanced physical cipher? A wise woman wouldn’t!
