All your friends hast to view this,
10 scary facts about the plastic pollution.
No 1. Over 8 million metric tons of plastic are thrown into the ocean each year. Of those, 236,000 tons are microplastics – miniscule fragments of broken-down plastic smaller than your tiny fingernail No 2.There are five large patches of plastic in the oceans all over the world. Some of these vast concentrations of plastic trash cover large swaths of the ocean; the one between California and Hawaii is the size of the state of Texas No 3. Just about every minute, one garbage truck of plastic is trashed into our ocean waters
No 4. The degree of plastic in the ocean is set to increase tenfold by 2020
No 5 By 2050 there will be a lot more plastic in the seas than there exists fish (by weight)
No 6. Plastic material have been located in the ocean as far as 11km deep, meaning unnatural fibers have toxified even the most remote places on the planet No 7. A big selection of marine organisms can’t distinguish common plastic objects from food. Sea creatures who eat plastic often starve as they can’t digest the plastic and it fills their stomachs, stopping them from eating real food No 8. The chance of coral becoming diseased raises from 4% to 89% after coming in contact with marine plastic. In addition it harms the skin of coral, making it possible for infection. Coral reefs are home to more than 25% of marine life.
No 9. You will find more plastic than natural prey at the sea surface of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, this implies that living beings feeding at this area will probably have plastic as a major component of their diets. For example, sea turtles by-caught in fisheries operating within and around the patch may have around 74% (by dry weight) of their diets composed of ocean plastics.
No 10. Many fish humans consume, such as brown trout, cisco, and perch, have at one time or another, consumed plastic microfibers 📸@plasticwastesolutions
Better than chemo: These 5 foods are known to KILL cancer cells For a lot of people, having cancer is a death sentence. Indeed, the World Health Organization reports that around 1 in 6 deaths around the world is due to cancer, it’s important to understand that a lot of risk factors for the devastating disease is either behavioral or dietary in nature. In particular, five of the leading risk factors are preventive, including high body mass index (BMI), low fruit and vegetable intake, physical inactivity, tobacco use, and alcohol consumption.
Of course, the key to beating cancer is understanding what works for the body — and what doesn’t.
If a person does have cancer, one of the first things he would hear from his oncologist is chemotherapy. The procedure, which floods the body with drugs aimed to kill cancer cells, is touted as an effective method to treat the disease. However, it’s not without risk. In particular, the side effects of chemotherapy can affect a person’s digestive system, blood, hair, and skin, among others.
In addition, a recent study from Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine has revealed that chemotherapy causes a sharp increase in cancer cells circulating throughout the body — throwing a wrench in this widely believed premise. In their paper, which appeared in the journal Science Transitional Medicine, they noted that chemotherapy, while it can decrease tumor size, can increase the risk of metastasis, that is, the spread of cancer cells to other parts of the body.
In his article in Natural News, Health Ranger Mike Adams points out that chemotherapy is just part of a vicious cycle that’s more focused on increasing revenue than treating cancer.

Made in Milan of Carpathian oak, this exquisite, 300-year-old viola is contemporary with J.S. Bach, and one of only six in the world. 'Twas invigorated by the finesse of @michaelhallviola through an intimate performance at a mate's house. I don't expect to ever learn more about classical music than this evening. Jakarta can never be underestimated #music#classical#viola#passion#jakarta#indonesia#wonderfulindonesia#milan#bach#concert
'Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.'
Being for the first time on top of a mountain is an amazing feeling. It are those first moments after reaching the summit that have the biggest impact on you. All you see are those small things that lie more than 2000 meters below you. For one short moment, you forget everything bad that happened in your life, you just see the sky, the valley and feel the liberating feeling of freedom.
Then, you hear this message from the team radio, coming crystal clear from your headphones: "-You reached the summit, S.C., grande lavoro, prestazione fantastica, it's all over, grazie mille, thank you, great work, unbelieveble."
That's the moment where you come to realize what you have actually done. And suddenly, an unexpected wave of emotions is mowing you down, impossible to withstand the appearance of tears of joy.
After that, you think about all those things that made you to the person you became, thinking about all those decisions you took over the years, all those people you had the chance to get to know.
But most importantly, you realize that it is not the amount of money you earn, how many friends you make or even how much you regret not telling your crush how much you admire her/him.
You realize that it are those moments that make your life a little bit more liveable. And it are those moments that you'll remember for the rest of your life.
