Haven’t made any aesthetic looking meals since i’ve moved so we throwin’ it back to this combo i had last week! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀deets: bed of broccoli slaw sautéed in evoo & #ebtb seasoning, crispy jap sweet potatoes 🍠, grilled chicken, lots of salsa 💃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀READ IF U WANT EXTRA CRISPY POTATOES: slice super thin, sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon, & pink salt. DONT COAT IN OIL. (I used to do this & realized it makes them soggy if u use too much!) Roast on 400 for 15 mins, flip, then another 15 mins. Then devour some healthy & crispy taters ;)
I'm pretty sure every time I have breakfast for dinner I end up feeling full of joy for the rest of the night. It's always the best.

Hawt Dawg this was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 😍 Honestly so many of my favorite staples in one meal: #EBTB seasoned new potatoes (homegrown 😏), lemon pepper roasted zucchini, wild coho salmon simply marinated with some coconut aminos+fresh lemon+ SP and fresh rosemary 🙌 topped with avocado 💃 is this not the best Sunday meal ever OR IS THIS THE BEST SUNDAY MEAL EVER?! 😤😍😋.
How to recreate this meal:
1) roast new potatoes in olive oil and everything but the bagel seasoning at 425F for 20-25min
2) marinate salmon for 5-10min in aforementioned seasonings then grill or bake (I chose grill ✌️) 3) toss zucchini in olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning (I get mine in bulk from @sprouts ) toast in oven on high or broil for 8-12min ✨ wall-a ✨

If pot roast and meatloaf and meatballs had a baby it would be this little mashup. Meatballs with a quick rosemary and red wine demi, sugar snap peas courtesy of the farmers market and a cauliflower/baby reds mash with brie (because I always have a zillions cheeses in the deli drawer and just find ways to use them 🤷♀️). The chicken was in the freezer next to the beef so I pulled it out and pan grilled with a little EVOO and #EBTB (then promptly ate at least 4 slices before putting it away ❤️). BOOM! My sweet mom @jenshealthy_life popped these in the toaster a couple times (thanks @emtayrod_healthyish!!!) and I topped the left w/ sliced avocado, wild caught smoked salmon from @wholefoods, and #ebtb from @traderjoes. The right one has @maplehillcreamery plain whole fat yogurt, sliced banana, blueberries, and @chosenfoods chia seeds. I put these on a delicious bed of @ironcityorganics arugula broccoli mix micro greens. My mom also sautéed these super yummy shishito peppers 😋😋😋 #morganelizabethhealth
I can’t wait until this is a real #tortillaespañola - breakfast today was basically just a roasted veggie and Italian sausage frittata but I flipped it out of the pan and cut it into slices because I have #spain on the brain!
There are not many things that I cook or eat that are as satisfying to me as a perfectly cooked "crispy" egg. This is obviously a WW version (meaning I used spray oil) when my favorite is the keto version cooked and basted in ghee or butter. I eat 2 eggs nearly everyday of my life! The #ebtb seasoning had taken my love to the next level. 😂🍳🥚

Slow fried egg on @earthboundfarm spinach with @traderjoes Everything but the Bagel seasoning (😍) and of you look closely, you’ll see a slice of havarti peeking out under that eggie ❤️ I tossed my tomatoes in the pan with my egg while it cooked, too!
I had pickled red onions in my fridge, and they added the perfect twist to these flavors! Just submerge thinly sliced red onion in vinegar (i used white here, but apple cider vinegar works beautifully too!) and a little sugar or honey to mellow out the onion flavor. Leave them in your fridge for at least an hour or up to a few days (if you can leave them that long...mine always disappear!) They’re perfect on tacos, salads, or anything you want!
The sweet potatoes were left over from dinner - i roasted them with olive oil, salt pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley and oregano. 425 for 40-50 minutes!

Cut potato into thin toast-like slices. Microwave for 30 seconds. Pop ‘em in the toaster once or twice depending on how you soft you want them. Add toppings and enjoy! I put guacamole on one of my toast with Trader Joe’s EBTB seasoning. The other I topped with pulled pork and honey mustard.
