Yesterday, I was full of excuses.
Excuses to eat garbage for lunch. Excuses to skip my workout. Excuses to take an afternoon nap instead of doing any number of other things that needed to get done. Just one excuse after another.
But you know what? Excuses don’t get results. Excuses don’t finish my laundry. Excuses don’t walk the dog (or dogs in this case since we’re puppy-sitting). Excuses don’t get my abs toned or my arms stronger.
Eventually, I put on my big girl panties and did what I needed to do. Including my 20 minute workout - which is so short it’s completely silly that I would be making excuses at all 😂😂
