So how do you know what’s right for you? ⠀
Well, mostly it’s a lot of trial and error! You try and try again until you find something that works for you. ⠀
BUT!! You need to try something for more than a day or a week to know if it’s actually working for you. So many people start on Monday and quit by Friday disappointed. ⠀
You don’t gain weight in one day or a week and you certainly don’t lose it in a day or a week. You need to give the program AND your body a chance to respond.⠀
My advice to you is to pick a path and go down it full force for 3-4 weeks, then asses how it works for you. Did it fit your lifestyle? Did it affect your quality of life? Were you motivated each day to stick with your plan? Did you actually enjoy the food you were eating?
Some people might need less or more time to know for sure, it is a very personal thing. ⠀
