Another weekend stuck on my problem in Eldo. The last move you have a good thin ledge for your feet and a somewhat positive left hand crip to go off of to hit the lip left hand for the final move before topping out.
I am scared of this move.

Happy Humpday. Right? Not sure why or what folks are thinking when they use the phrase. Maybe it’s a reason to post booty pics or to give us a sense of accomplishment for getting through half the week. I say this, time is relevant so I try focus each day, the present, one moment that endless series of possibilities. Then I ask myself, what am I gonna do to navigate the unknown; each passing second? The abyss? Shit, feed my mental (mind) work on my temple (body) and connect with my surroundings (soul). Oh and not come righteous, post an occasional booty pic! Let’s move! Carpe diam and what not!
A great ab exercise for working the whole abdominal including the obliques! Get to a point where your abs are flexed and there is tension in them and stay in that position. As you are flexing you abs twist to the side just to where you feel your oblique tighten up, give it a half second hold and twist all the way to the other side and do the same thing on that side! You should feel this exercise throughout the whole abdominal and oblique! Shoot for about 10 reps on each side!
People have a hard time letting go of their suffering out the fear of the unknown . They prefer suffering that is familiar. It takes courages to grow up and and turn out to be who you really are.

Sometimes there are exercises you just enjoy and this is one of them for me. The muscles used and working during (Chin ups )are your lats, biceps, rotator cuffs, lower trapezius (upper back muscle) your chest, erector spine (back muscle) and obliques. A great compound exercise for all round upper body strength and muscle.!! I’m doing weighted neutral grip chin ups in this video. This is my first set of 3 +50kg 10reps thanks to @liftstronglookstrong the strength Is creeping back up 🦍and thanks 🎥 filmmaker @grace_pt_thestrongtribe for her recording.

The only things that’s is holding you back from the body, mind and relationships that you deserve is fear
You need to face your fear or live the rest of your life in control of fear
My fear was to become a successful man in all areas of my life. mentally, physically, financially and spiritually, I did not face my fear until I tried to mask it with lines of cocaine, vodka, girls and my BIG ego
That’s did not bring me far in life
It left me with an addiction, depression, anxiety and suicidal taughts
I told myself the truth that really hurt me
I diged deep to deal with my inner problems
The further I diged the more pain I was in
Eventually the pain inside made me want to become a better man
We all have pains and experience in our lives but if you let it control you , you will be the victims of your own life forever
Don’t let this happen!
Use the pain in your life to make you want to change, don’t settle for average and live your life like a fish floating in the sea
Don’t do that to yourself and your family !
Don’t accept pain, and live your entire life struggling
ask yourself what’s not making you happy?
let the pain get to you and strike hard in to your heart, let it hurt you so much that It will be the moment where you get your shit together and begin to work on becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be

#tbt to when I was my heaviest!!! This was two years ago! Shortly after this I realized that I can no longer look like this . I felt gross couldn’t look at myself in the mirror sluggish and ashamed ! I decided to get my life together and really got into working out and learning about fitness about a year. To be blunt : I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER.
I am not at my goal yet I have about 30 more pounds to go but I am taking it slow and trying to fully change my lifestyle one step at a time. REMEMBER take it slow you will see results !

Many people always go through life expecting certain things from others, as if they are supposed to. As if they have some type of say or right to receive from them.
I’ll tell you one thing, YOU DONT DESERVE ANYTHING you have not put the time or effort towards.
If you want love or help or support from others, how are you supposed to receive it when you can’t simply give it to others. Learn to give back without expecting anything, and you will notice how fast you begin to get back. That’s just the way life flows.
I’ve had a deep passion for physical fitness since my late high school years and didn’t dive deep into it until my freshman year of college. After gaining 20 lbs I realized fitness had to become a bigger part of my life. This left picture however, was taken my senior year of college. It wasn’t my heaviest but I had let some of my weight return. Honestly, I knew I wanted to do something about it but I let myself relax and enjoy my last year of college. I want to have a healthy relationship with fitness as a lifestyle rather than a means of tearing myself down. After graduation (May2018) I allowed myself to slowly give more time to my healthy lifestyle. A year later and this is where I’m at now. Not done with my body yet but taking it one day at a time. 🏋🏻♀️💁🏻♀️🤗 #aspiretoinspire 🥰
it's a skill. Not many know it , and even if someone does, they end up looking like they are flexing.
Skill is flexing your abs without appearing that you are doing it.
It's a very important skill for someone who wants to look slightly better in their portfolios. Can enhance the look drastically.
Try to give a bicep pose by shortening your biceps without actually flexing or tightening your bicep muscles. How will it look? God damn right. It will look soft. Nobody gives a good bicep pose without flexing it. Same holds true for abs too. It's a muscle after all.
Let me try to share how I learnt it and what worked for me. It's based on my personal experience.
Step 1: Inflate your tummy slightly by sucking in the air . This step can be avoided as you progress. But as a beginner, do it. It will help you 'see' the difference in the muscle shape and judge better.
Step 2: Breathe out completely and without wasting a second go for step 3.
Step 3: Just like you can't actually flex a muscle without contracting it, similarly you need to contract your abs. This is where most people fail. What I am trying to say is try to reduce the length of your tummy and feel your abs tight. Try to suck in more like Baba Ramdev does(I know it's difficult) and then tilt. To begin with you can tilt slightly forward . Slightly. Because if you tilt more you will 'look' like you are flexing.
If you can pull off a smile like I did while you have completely breathed out, you have learnt it LOL
This will take time. You need to have patience. Like I said, it's a skill and it takes time to learn it. Try to do it daily post workout.
In the video I definitely appear like I am flexing because it's a tutorial.
Few important things to note
1)Don't try this if your abdominals are not developed
2)Don't try this if you made a debut in the gym yesterday.
3)Don't try this if you are fat.
P.S. Researches have showed if you wear a pair of sunglasses in your pics and videos , it adds glamour to the content by 2.5 folds.
