The old town of Innsbruck, Austria is straight out of a story book! Narrow windy streets, colourful painted buildings, and beautiful views of the mountains that surround the city. 🇦🇹 #austria#innsbruck
If you’re scared of heights, look away now... this was just one of the seven hanging bridges at @inkaterrahotels Canopy Walkway. While it might be terrifying and vertiginous, at some points nearly 100 feet tall, the walkways give you an amazing viewpoint over the Amazon rainforest and its rare wildlife from the treetops. Would you try it? 🌲
“Gündüzü seyranlık, gecesi gerdanlık” demişler Mardin için. Eşsiz Mezopotamya manzarasıyla büyüleyen dinlerin ve dillerin şehri♥️Farklı mezheplerin yüzyıllar boyunca kardeşçe yaşadığı Mardin öylesine büyüleyici ki etkilenmemek elde değil🙏🏻İyi ki yollarımız buluşmuş, önümüzdeki dört gün boyunca Mardin’in tarihinde kaybolacağız✌🏻Hikayelerde buluşalım😇🤗
Ways in which I tried/hoped to get out of running my marathon:
- Double, triple, quadruple checking my registration email and the list of participants hoping that I'd accidentally signed up for the half instead (something I'd totally do).
- Hope Delta lost or my gate checked bag that had my running shoes inside.
- Almost leaving my bag containing my race bib on the expo floor.
- Thinking about getting really drunk the night before so I'd wake up too hung over to run.
- Hoping I'd sleep through my alarm.
In the end, none of the above happened so I was out of excuses. It was 28 degrees with windchill at start time, and every part of me wanted to turn back and go back to bed. Somehow I pushed through. Somehow I was still alive at the halfway point. Somehow I was still running at the 30km point. Somehow I finished at 4:50:08, which was 25 minutes faster than my goal time. And now, I can call call myself a marathon runner. Ok but seriously, when people asked me if I was excited for the race, my answer was "no, but I'm excited to brag about how I did it if I survive." Well, I guess I've survived, so I'm going to be insufferable for the foreseeable future #sorrynotsorry
Special thanks to @jessomewhere for giving me the push to actually do this (even though I cursed her under my breath and threatened to unfollow her every day until I crossed the finish line), and @serenaslenses for not being mean to me for once and bringing me cheesecake at the end.
Por aqui em Toronto já estão todos em clima de #halloween 🎃! De mercados à restaurantes estão na vibe. Eu morria de curiosidade de estar aqui na América do Norte nessa época.E você? Já teve uma experiência de Holloween por aqui? Me conta! #leroyviagens#canada#toronto#halloweentoronto
I have a confession to make:
I have a thing for the smell of books. I open a book and instantly I stuff my nose in between the pages, taking a deep breath in. I repeat the process a few times in different pages if it is my kind of book-smell, you know what I mean?
Magazines also smell pretty damn good!
Anyone out there like me? 🙋
And I couldnt leave without mentioning a classic that smells awesome and is a beautiful read too:
"My Dearest Allie. I couldn't sleep last night because I know it's over between us. I'm not bitter anymore, because I know that what we had was real. And if in some distant place in the future we see each other in our lives, I'll smile at you with joy and remember how we spent the summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and growing in love. The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds, and that's what you've given me. That's what I hope to give to you forever. I love you. I'll be seeing you. Noah"

Horse back riding on the beach ✔️✔️✔️ Something I’ve wanted to do ever since I saw the Narnia movie over a decade ago! 😄🐎🌊
At the north end of South Padre Island lies miles & miles of preserved land with rolling dunes and sweeping views of both the gulf & the bay. We trotted along on a trail ride this morning that made for quite the adventure! (I even lost my cowgirl hat at one point!🤠) but it was an experience I now want to do over & over again! No way am I waiting another decade to horseback ride on the beach again! 😉 #texasbestbeach#texascowgirl#texasmonthly#southpadreisland#lonestarlgtravels
#CLUSE#getCLUSEcosy
If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be and why?
These crisp autumn days make me daydream about dancing the nights away to the seductive rhythm of Salsa music in Cartagena.
Any fellow dancers out there?
Throughout our life we tend to wait for an experience so powerful and overwhelming that could shake our entire world and inspire for changes or improvements of any kind. I reckon that nothing has more substantial influence on our character, preferences, mood, way of thinking, and perception of reality than traveling. For me the turning point I’ve always been looking forward to was exploring the land of Gods- Iceland😌 For me, an enormous fan of everything magical and out of this world, Iceland has turned out to be that unreal world of sorcery, pristine nature of unfathomable and indescribable beauty and fantasy that has been many times depicted in my favorite movies or created in my imagination❤️ I think that everyone that has at least once witnessed this magical land will always hold dear these moments of sheer happiness from beholding cosmic landscapes, countless waterfalls, wild mountains, hidden natural gems and no matter what difficulties will this person tackle in future, such memories will bring light and warmth, a feeling of absolute serenity and harmony❤️
