The ingredients for this gra-nana horchata chia seed parfait will be going on my shopping list for next week because I'm in need of a good afternoon parfait snack on these hot days!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
|| R E C I P E ||⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 can full fat coconut milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups almond milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tbs vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cinnamon sticks⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•place coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla & cinnamon sticks in a pan on medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then turn the heat off. Whisk often.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• set aside and let cool for 30 minutes with the cinnamon sticks still soaking. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• Remove cinnamon sticks, then add chia seeds and whisk until well combined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•place in fridge overnight and serve with your favorite toppings!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Melt chocolate chips. Put melted chocolate into silicone cupcake liners. Freeze. Put peanut butter on top of frozen chocolate. Melt more chocolate chips. Top with melted chocolate and chopped honey roasted peanuts. Freeze again. Hide out from your kids and eat one like I did! 😂
