When your feeling overwhelmed which I feel like can happen sooo easily this time of year here are some tips I”ve found sooo helpful to regroup..
1. Take a minute to just ⓑⓡⓔⓐⓣⓗⓔ.. seriously sometimes we don’t realize how shallow our breathing is throughout the day. Taking a minute to take 5 really DEEP breathes can totally re-center you 💆🏻♀️
2. Go outside!! UNPLUG for a bit or a few days!🔌 .. JUST BE! Forget about your to-do list even just for ten minutes and get some fresh air.
3. Workout!! I know I know.. Insert the 🙄 but seriously I’m always instantly less anxious and more centered and all —> I’ve got this shit 👊🏻 after I sweat.
4. And last when I’m feeling totally overwhelmed it’s usually a sign I have to let go of control alittle so I repeat this prayer from Gabby Bernstein that I LOVE and have saved in my phone...

🔻Split squats x 10 each leg (owwie these are not my friend)
🔻Seated SL hamstring curls x 12 each leg
Superset #2 : 6 sets
🔻 Leg press x 12 (go up in weight for 4 sets then work your way back down)
🔻Reverse lunges x 10 each leg

My personal development this morning was all about not giving up on yourself and not letting failures stand in the way of your dreams. Can you imagine if these men, who made incredible marks in history, had given up at the first sign of failure or the first hurdle in the path to following their dreams and passions? But they didn't. And awesome, life changing things happened! They knew that if they kept trying and kept pushing that they could do amazing things. And, so can you. So can I.
I have to remind myself of this often. I’m so guilty of thinking that those who are successful must have had an easier path than me. They had to have been less busy, more talented, had more money, and much stronger. But that’s not the case. They are just committed. They didn’t give up. When things get tough it is so easy to give up. But what if you didn't this time? What if you believed in yourself whole heartedly and didn't let those fears, failures, and obstacles hold you back? Amazing things could happen. Amazing things WILL happen!

I remember (and still do on an off day!) comparing myself, wanting to CHANGE myself INSIDE, OUTSIDE + EVERY WHICH WAY 👏🏽..
But let me tell you it caused STRESS + ANXIETY + DEPRESSION + BITTERNESS 😢..
The MOMENT I told those thoughts to PISS OFF because I was TIRED of living that way... LIFE opened up!!..

🚫Are there people BETTER at certain tasks because you are comparing your beginning to their middle? YEP!!..
🚫Is everyone gonna appreciate your ideas, your attention, your God given YOU-NESS and beauty? HELL 👏🏽 NO 👏🏽
But you know who’s opinion matters MOST? You know what’s coming because you’re smart 😉..
And when you decide to QUIET THE NOISE and fall into YOUR TRUTH, do the things YOU truly love... the RIGHT PEOPLE will suddenly appear in your life because you are drawn to each other!!
3 SUPER WEIRD THINGS ABOUT ME???..
👉🏽I am super sensitive soul... like I CRY during Amy Schumer movies when the happy ending happens 😳 And if a tear jerker movie is on at someone’s house I have to CONSCIOUSLY NOT pay attention 🤣
👉🏽I still genuinely enjoy playing barbies with my daughter and I HAVE to be Hispanic Barbie because when I was growing up I was OBSESSED with JLO ☺️ Like “fight my daughter for it” kinda like...
👉🏽I have #raynauds disease. My hands and feet are SUPER SKINNY even when my body is in an off season. They get freezing with pins and needles within seconds of hitting colder temps. It’s painful and can be embarrassing (people have commented on them before). It’s weird. I get it..
But what’s AWESOME SAUCE about these things... They are ME 👧..
And where I once wanted to change MANY things about me... I changed my mindset and certain negative people faded away and positive like minded human lovers and accepters came into my life and loved me just the way I am. And that’s how it should be for ALL OF US!

I’m progressing back into working my shoulders, but very light and very minimal! I have been going to the chiropractor and physical therapy and it has been helping so much. Hoping I continue to progress so that I don’t have restrictions anymore🤞
