It’s not Tuesday but I wanted to post a TRANSFORMATION photo since I just finished up week 8 of @natacha.oceane program CUT. 🔸Left: May 2018, before I started CUT. I was strength training 3-4x a week after work, doing cardio/HIIT 2-3x week according to how I felt. 🔹Middle: A few weeks into CUT, still strength training hard with heavy weights 3-4x/week, more HIIT, more carbs/calories, and all around more active due to longer daylight.
🔸Right: last weekend after week 7 of CUT. Still training hard and progressing with heavy weights, trying to eat more intuitively while keeping my protein high, very active with morning walks and being a camp counselor. I actually lost 6lbs between the middle photo and the last photo. Unsure of my weight in May but I know I definitely lost probably more weight than I expected or even tried to. My main focus was doing a new program with new exercises to vary things up and have fun! I was not trying to lose weight as I felt happy and strong in all these photos.
