In general, people are not drawn to perfection in others. People are drawn to shared interests, shared problems, and an individual's life energy.
Humans are connected with humans. Hiding one's humanity and trying to project an image of perfection makes a person vague, slippery, lifeless and uninteresting.
Many brands forget this. Humanize your brand. Provide value and always give more than you take. Build a legacy.
This quote always reminds me to check in with my creative side.
What do I want to bring forth? 🦋
More important than that is the place – to be able to go within ...to the place of vibrantly alive stillness, where creativity arises. 🦋
An outflow of – very hard to put a word to it, but you can sense it, when you meet a person who is present in it... There is a different energy and frequency operating.
And it is healing. 🦋
It is so formless...it does not require a previously prepared way or vehicle. 🦋
Whenever I tap into what I want to bring forth, or what’s wanting to arrive... everything is more alive, vibrant and honest. 🦋
It’s a real honour to have my good friend @kippsfinlayson patiently sprouting a pineapple plant out of the back of his head in the back garden this summer. No complaints about the biggest heatwave in years but this pineapple plant seems to be the only thing in the garden enjoying these conditions! It was a great pleasure making the mould with Kipps and this cast is graphite powder in polyurethane.
Creativity is all around us, and some of the funniest, most beautiful, and touching moments happen when you least expect it. This past Saturday was the best! @inkandflora & @timberbloomdesign hosted a wonderful calligraphy and floral design workshop. I provided the creative, fun-loving friends!
