I see a lot of fatty coffee, bullet proof coffee, butter coffee, and I’ve tried a lot of different recipes including MCT oil, butter, heavy cream, coconut oil, XTC oil, and various combinations thereof. None of them really worked for me as far as flavor and satiety. MCT and XTC oil gave me horrible and instant heartburn. But this coconut cream really works for me. I love it in my coffee and in my Crio Bru. I add about 4 Tbs into a large cup of coffee. It’s creamy, yummy, doesn’t require a blender, and creates the satiety I want from a fatty coffee (or Crio Bru).
