I’m not sure why I was smiling during this move, it was the last move of the workout and my arms were screaming at this point. Was it because the workout was almost over? Possibly😏
I think I was smiling because I love it! I was struggling through the pain but I knew I would feel so much better after it was done. Maybe not immediately or even the next (because I am super sore today) but I knew that eventually the pain would be worth it. It’s the kind of sore knowing I pushed myself as hard as I could and am now that much closer to my goals and seeing the results I want.💪
Who else can relate to this!? 😂😂
I saw my cat at the window the other day, snapped the photo and realized that I was patiently waiting for something too 😂🐱
Know that everything you ask for is already yours. You have to allow and wait to receive it 🙏🏻
I believe that Your style of dress is your present day "Armor". From the powerful and relentless tribes of Shaka Zulu, the stealthy cerebral Samurai, and the fearless Spartans. All wore their armor proud. It was part of them. At first sight of their armor, you knew whom they were and what they represented. What and whom do you represent? You are a King, a teacher of the students/knights that are looking up to you!! Dress accordingly!!!!
When it comes to planning your live event, step number 1️⃣ is to create your mission and vision. .
Every other question and decision you have will be based on these two elements so you must take the time to get these right before you start making any plans.
Here are three questions to ask yourself that will help you establish your event VISION:
1️⃣ WHO and WHY: Who is your ideal audience member and why do they want to come to your event? .
Before you can do much else, you must answer this question, in fact you should do this BEFORE you decide on the mission. .
This person should be very close to your ideal customer avatar. .
Take a look at who that person is and identify the pain points they may be feeling that would make them WANT to attend a live event of yours. .
Is it about connection? Being inspired? Receiving an education? The answer to this question will help guide everything else you do.
2️⃣. AUDIENCE: What is your ideal audience size? .
When you stop to think about your dream event scenario, how many people are sitting in your audience? Is it a small intimate retreat for 10? Is it an impactful experience for 500? Is it a conference center filled to the brim with an audience of 10,000? .
Establishing your ideal audience size will impact so many other elements like budget, venue, programming, etc. .
Starting here and sticking to this audience size is a MUST for kick-starting your event planning.
3️⃣. WHERE: Where is your ideal location for your event? .
City or country? Close by (for you) or destination? Your current city/town of residence or your childhood city/town of residence? .
Take a moment to visualize all of these possibilities, which location makes you most excited? Which location would make your ideal audience member excited? .
Once you decide on an ideal location, you can begin looking for a venue that will accommodate your ideal audience size.

Kettlebell swings are one of my favourite exercises. They work your core, shoulders, quads, hamstrings, glutes and back. They also boost your anaerobic capacity.
Here’s how to do a kettlebell swing: - Begin in a lowered squat position, with your feet outside shoulder width and feet pointed slightly outward. Don’t round your back.
- With your arms brushing your inner thighs, forcefully extend the knees and hips to accelerate the kettlebell up. - Be sure to keep your arms straight while projecting the kettlebell up and away from the body.
- End with the kettlebell nearly above your head and slightly facing slightly forward (not pictured here)
- Return to starting position, keeping your arms straight the entire time.
