Update on my struggles with @aireuropa 🙄😬😡🤯 So if you remember during our trip to Spain in late July both of our luggage were lost. So we end up screwed upon arrival in a heatwave like weather with no clothes to change, no toiletries, no shoes. I must admit that it has never happened before and you know guys that we travel A LOT! Long story short we filed the claim and proceeded with our misery. My husband’s luggage arrived the next evening but mine was nowhere to be found 👀 it showed up only like 4 days later and had to be delivered to a different city since we were on a tour. Anyway... we have decided to give the @aireuropa a break and didn’t file a claim for Ben’s luggage. Only for mine. Being careful we saved all the tags and receipts and upon arrival to US send All ORIGINALS to Spain 🇪🇸 for review and reimbursement. ☝🏻Guess what?! 🙄 its the end of September and they still haven’t done anything!!! So much for the friendly skies. A week ago the @aireuropa asked me to send them an original bag tag of my husband’s luggage!!! Really?! 🤦🏼♀️ How ridiculous is that?! Remember that we didn’t file a claim for him 😂 Btw, in case you wondered, all the communication between the customer and the airline is done in a most unfriendly way. They send you an email but you have to send them a physical mail 👍🏻 so much for the #customerservice 👏🏻Seems like @aireuropa wants their customers to give up on their claims.
