(Him being God) a lot of Christians these days say they walk with God but do not show it in the things they do at school, work, or home. They go to church once or twice a week and then go about their daily lives cussing, getting drunk, committing sexual immorality, lying, stealing...sinning basically. So you are lying by walking in darkness when you say you are walking in fellowship with God. #bibleverse#bible#christ#christian#truth#think#thinkaboutit#dailyverse#godsword#love#godslove#sin
@Biblebite repost- Hebrews 11 vs 1 📖: To have faith is 'to be sure of the things hoped for, to be certain of the things we cannot see'. To be sure of things hoped for takes on a different meaning when you know what the biblical meaning for 'hope' is. In our culture it means, what we would 'like' to happen... like, 'I hope I get a pay rise soon', you would like it, but it's not a certainty... the very important difference between hope in the world and hope in God is this... The word hope uses in the Bible in Greek is 'Pisits' meaning the 'conviction of truth'. So hope is truth, hope is a solid certainty in a truth... and truth is certain. God's word is full of promised truths, find some in your Bible today, start reading his living word, start hoping in what he says to you there and hold onto it. Let your trust in His word quench the fire of those arrows (Ephesians 6 Vs 16 📖). I pray wisdom over everyone that reads this to reconfirm those fiery arrows, and to run start to God, to stand on his word, and as you declare his word over you, to see this fires put out completely by God power in you and in his word. Have faith, wear it like a Shield... God bless you guys, have a God filled Thursday🙌🙏📖❤
When we as a body stay locked in on what God wants to do with what’s in our hands and what’s on our hearts then we are in constant motion. We go where God is going. When God moves, we move. When we move, our city moves. #PeopleCHI
“Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."
Jesus talked more than once about the need to give humbly. .
He doesn’t desire us to give and boast about how amazing we are as givers. He talks about giving in secret. We don’t have to match or out give someone else, we are just called to give.
To give consistently is to put our faith in practice. God owns it all anyway, he just entrusts it to us to manage while we’re here. .
Every single possession that we have really belongs to our heavenly Father.
Money management is one of those things that God uses to grow us from the inside out. .
Awesome things like wisdom, discipline, patience, compassion, delayed gratification, and contentment all get shaped in us. It is priceless and life changing. .
Our hope is in transforming love of Jesus Christ that changes the world one heart at a time. .
#funny#christian#memes#Prayers needed today for a follower who is ready to give up. She has turned her back on God and she has no hope. She really doesn't want to be here anymore and doesn't feel that there's any hope in sight. She doesn't want to live anymore. If you truly believe in the power of #Prayer
this young lady could really use your prayers today.
Thank you @butterfly_warriors
Leviticus 23:3 KJV
Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein : it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.

Well it's not the looks that I want to talk about this morning. But as innocent as I am, I also passed through adolescent stage (by default everyone must) and almost performed some youthful experiments... Started doing RnB music from my early UNIVERSITY days and that exposed me to kinda stardom (events, shows, gigs, etc) & lot of people you just must know people it was like the coolest thing on campus then ask the likes of Jamboreen or rtruthayeni
even bollybryan will agree with me on this.
Speaking of experiments, hmm I till today don't know how I made it through the mud of youthful delinquency without a stain, (IT JUST MUST HAVE BEEN GOD)... I've been in the wrong places on so many occasions actually those things seemed right then.
I remember a lady once offered to share her “drink” with me at a parry and I have no idea how I ended up not drinking. I've been in a show that almost everyone was chilling with a wrap (or more) of hemp one of them even tried to preach it to me but didn't succeed.
Some of those I moved with then were surprised that I wasn't doing the usual stuff like others, the crazy thing about doing drugs, sex, drinks bla bla bla... is that a random untalented street kid is an addict so it's like an abnormality for you to be a rising star artiste and not an addict.
Negative Peer pressure is real especially when all your peers are junkies... Well I think GOD just preserved me for HIS Purpose though there were experiments I so wished to perform then but didn't work, can't talk about them now maybe some other time.
