🔹My main man Hasim dropping it low. He has lost over 70lbs since we started training by changing up literally one thing in his diet-he started eating breakfast and stopped gorging on food when he got home from long days/nights at the office. The dude works crazy hours and is on pace to be the youngest partner in his consulting firm, but still finds time to take care of himself. Making a few simple behavioral changes and sticking to them will yield better and more sustainable results than any crash diet, waist trainer, or BS Fit Tea that gets sold on IG. This didn’t happen overnight-lots of consistent hard work over the past 1.5 years got him to where he is. As a trainer, it’s our job to educate our clients as much as possible, and to provide them with solutions that are realistic for their lifestyle.
