#Stawberrys are here! I'm the luckiest person in the world cause I've eaten them since the end of February but I'm still hungry for them.

The night before mix together:
- 6 tsp of #chia seeds,
- 1 tbsp of honey,
- 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds,
- 1 glass of almond milk.
Put it into a fridge for couple of hours. In the morning put 2 handfuls of strawberries on top. Vois-là! Breakfast is ready in two minutes!

Still not quite reached fresh berry peak so breakfast often gets cobbled together with a mix of frozen berries and other delicious toppings, propolis, cacao, coconut 🥥 • great recommendation from  @doctors_kitchen (thank you) to listen to Dr Alan Desmond’s talk on the gut benefits of plants (specifically here for the management of Crohn’s disease) • takeaway message is plenty of plant based fibre... all of which can be found within a bountiful brekkie bowl such as this, alongside healthy fats and masses of antioxidants, the truth is outing folks, food really is thy medicine ⭐️

Yesterday we had this easy and amazing chia breakfast pudding mug for breakfast. I have heard the raves around chia and finally decided to try it.

Recipe:
Serves Two

Ingredients:
Base
3 Ripe bananas 
Mixed Frozen Berries

Chia:
2 Cups of Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tsp Vannilla Extract
1 Tbsp of Honey/Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

Method:
Chia
In a large mixing bowl combine milk, vanilla extract and honey. 
Add Chia seeds to liquid and start mixing.
Once chia seeds and liquid is mixed, it will remain a thin runny consistency, cover mixing bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. 
For best results, chia pudding can be refrigerated overnight. 
Base/toppings
Cut bananas into 4 and dry fry until golden. 
Remove bananas from heat and place in a mixing bowl. 
Allow to cool for 10 minutes. 
Once bananas have cooled, mash until smooth. Cinnamon can be added to bananas at this point to taste. 
Take frozen mixed berries and pour a handful into the bottom of serving dish. A glass or Mason jar can be used to serve. Spoon out cooled mashed bananas onto mixed berries. 
Add chia pudding and top with sliced, fresh banana

Basic Vanilla Chia Pudding (prep: 2 min) * 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk.
* 2 tablespoons chia seeds.
* 1 tbsp date paste or your sweetener of choice. * 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract * your choice of fruit and topping (mixed berries, coconut flakes, buckinis, goji berries,...) Fill all ingredients (except of the toppings) in a jar, shake to mix and repeat shaking every 2 min until you are ready to go to bed ;) Chill pudding in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. In the morning top it with what ever your fridge and food cabinet offers. (my fridge is due the late arrival of my baby  still pretty empty:-D)

Top of the morning to ya! 🎩🌤 My sis and I are going to boot camp together this morning and it’s so nice to have my workout buddy back @lisakalfayan. 👭💪We hold each other accountable and keep each other motivated. I usually like to be really hydrated and have a little something in my stomach before working out because it keeps me moving. Otherwise, I feel like I can’t give my full 100%. I try to drink one 21 oz bottle of water before bed and ideally eat my “mini-meal” an hour before working out. But let’s be honest, I’m usually rolling out of bed 20 minutes before my boot camp class starts. Either way, I still eat! Chia pudding is a great pre-workout snack because it’s light and still filling. 👍🏼🌪

This chia pudding only has 3 ingredients: 1/2 cup @chosenfoods chia seeds + @rebbl spicy chai elixir (can be found @sprouts or @wholefoods) + 1/2 tsp maple syrup. All you need to do is mix it all up and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Take it out and mix to make sure everything is combined and let it sit in the fridge overnight or for 6 more hours. I topped mine with granola + blueberries + coconut shreds!

Казалось бы, что все сочетания испробованы, а вот с манго и морковью я ела впервые в Брюсселе. Да, нормальные люди в Брюсселе едят вафли... но кто же вам сказал, что я нормальная? 🙃 Хотя... если посмотреть с другой стороны в ненормальности есть своя стабильная нормальность. Всем чиа-пуддингов, особенно вкусных и полезных 😉

Чиа–пуддинг с манго

На 2 порции
30 г семян чиа
90-120 мл растительного молока
1 средняя морковь
1 спелое манго
.
1. Чиа замочите в молоке на 10-15 минут, в соотношении 1:3 или 1:4 с молоком как вам больше нравится.
2. Манго очистить, взбить в блендере вместе с морковью. Морковь лучше натереть на тёрке, так легче взбивается.
3. Выложить в стаканчики или баночки слоями.
Когда в доме отсутствает мука 🙈 ну, не совсем конечно: для сырников есть, а больше нет, и я так и не могу решить нужна она мне или нет... Я и без муки знаю сотню вкусностей, например чиа-пуддинг. Всем чиа-пуддингов, особенно вкусных и полезных 😉 . Чиа–пуддинг с манго . На 2 порции 30 г семян чиа 90-120 мл растительного молока 1 средняя морковь 1 спелое манго . 1. Чиа замочите в молоке на 10-15 минут, в соотношении 1:3 или 1:4 с молоком как вам больше нравится. 2. Манго очистить, взбить в блендере вместе с морковью. Морковь лучше натереть на тёрке, так легче взбивается. 3. Выложить в стаканчики или баночки слоями.

Choc peanut butter chia pudding 🤤🥜🍫 20g chia seeds
20g peanut butter
20g chocolate protein powder (if you use the kind that self thickens it will change the end product)
10g chopped nuts (optional and I used peanuts)
1/2 tsp Stevia powder (optional)
1/4c water (can be replaced with coconut water, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, water and cream mix or just plain old milk)

The night before, mix all ingredients together then put it in the fridge to let the chia seeds do their thing. Mix before eating because the nuts will be on the bottom of the cup. Top with strawberry or other Berry's if you like. Enjoy 
I used @blackbelt_protein which doesn't thicken when mixed with water. WPI is a great choice for those who are #lactoseintolerant like me.
