Red Snapper with Truffle, Sushi Zo - had the most ridiculous sushi omakase the other night and was blown away with how simple, yet creative / how fresh and delicate the fish was! underneath the shavings of black truffle is a gorgeous piece of red snapper 😍 the shaved truffles gave the fish a little extra texture between chews and just the perfect hint of truffle flavor

NYC is blessed authentic, lowkey sushi spots that serve amazing omakase. The quality of fish in NYC is some of the best I’ve tried, and the standard for perfection is just as insane. 🤯
This is a unique omakase featuring different cuts of fish along with their complementary sauces for distinct flavor and presentation. 🍱

Nutmeg is an incredibly intense spice with a strong and distinctive aroma. It is nutty and slightly sweet as well as warm and earthy. It is native to Banda. One of the Spice Islands in the region of Maluku.
Tropicola! This spot is the new kid on the block. But not just any kid. This place is next level Miami Vice. Stoked that we may add a little spice to it. Don Johnson & Ricardo Tubbs, eat your heart out! .
So much love for this unusual spice, which can only be found on the Moluccan Islands or Spice Islands. Related to the common clove spice yet these beauties are on the next level. There's not a day passing by without me using it. Once grinded, I literally put it into anything. My coffee, tea, pancakes, stews, oatmeal, sauces ...... King cloves or cengkeh lal pari or cengkeh raja. Wanna give it a try?
of all the spices the world has to offer, nutmeg was once "worth its weight in gold"...
Procuring a small bag would afford its owner enough wealth to last a lifetime, which leads me to ask, "Who said that money doesn't grow on trees?"🌴
