The last two days have reminded me how much I've grown professionally in the past two years. My workout this afternoon reminded me how much I've grown physically and mentally.
We are always growing. Even when it's hard or feels like change takes forever. It's happening. We just have to keep going and trust.

If you feel like it’s ‘not enough’ you will always feel you don’t have enough (even if you earn $1m per year). Sometimes I'm too tired to cook. Most days I just don't have the time 🤷🏼♀️ When I want something that is delicious, fast, and healthy this ⬆️ is always my go to!

I almost forgot to post today, which is crazy!
I had a long day at work today, and my brain is fried! I had a big deadline to reach, which I am happy that I reached! TGIF!
I am just on the way home, and whilst I would like to say I am going to go home and hustle for a few hours, I need to listen to my body and rest tonight! I have to be 100% transparent! I am likely to follow up on a few emails and small tasks, but that where it will stop! I am up super early in the morning, so need to take the rest while so can!
I am going for a productive weekend!
Pretty much every morning after I read, I do a word search puzzle on my @amazonkindle The puzzles are timed. You get points for finding the Mystery Word and finishing in under ten minutes ⏱ I would get frantic thinking about the clock counting down, my eyes darting around the screen, hoping words would magically pop out. ⏱ Then this past week it occured to me that I didn't have to find entire words all at once, I just had to find the first letter, then the second, then the third ... and the words would show themselves. ⏱ It's the same with my life right now. I don't have to find the whole solution, I just have to take the first step. Well the truth is it’s not all red and green everywhere.
For some people all they see is BLUE.
And there’s a multitude of reasons why the holidays can make some people blue.
Some of us are already feeling blue.
Then you add the holidays and
all of the

we can become
(to say the least)
Then there are some of us who have recently suffered a loss of a loved one.
Or we’ve watched as our family dynamic
has changed due to a separation
or a divorce.
And with that
We must learn to LET GO.
We must not expect that our holidays will look the same as they have in the past.
Some of us are far away from our loved ones
some of us have had disagreements with others
that are almost impossible to solve.
Then there are some of us who
watch others live their
picture perfect life
and well we become
We wonder why can’t we have what they have?
There are so many reasons why the HOLIDAYS can be
but there are also so many reasons why they can be

Kruidenthee is er in alle soorten en maten, zoals deze kruidenthee met gember en kurkuma, beter bekend als geelwortel.
Nu de griep de Nederlandse bevolking weer in zijn greep heeft is deze thee meer dan welkom. Het geeft je immuunsysteem een flinke boost, zodat nare virussen geen kans hebben. Bovendien ondersteunt deze kruidenthee de lever en werkt het ontgiftend.
GEMBER wordt vaak geadviseerd bij (zwangerschaps)misselijkheid en reisziekte, maar deze wortel heeft nog veel meer gezondheidsvoordelen:

- 250 ml kamillethee.
-1 snufje kurkumapoeder.
- 1 snufje zwarte peper*.
- 2 cm verse gember (geschild en in stukjes gesneden).
- schijfje verse citroen.
- 1 tl honing.
- optioneel: een scheutje amandelmelk.
*de zwarte peper zorgt ervoor dat de kurkuma een optimale werking heeft.
- kook het water en giet het in een mok.
- voeg de kamillethee, kurkuma, gember, peper en citroen toe.
- Is je thee genoeg afgekoeld om te kunnen drinken? Dan kun je de honing toevoegen. Op deze manier behoud je de goede werking van de honing.

During the warm up today the trainer was talking about how you might be scared of this workout. Worried me a little, made it through the first 20ish minutes without really stopping. A year ago I would have heard him say you that, gotten scared and turned it off instead of trying. Nsv for sure! 💪👊
