1/3 cup ranch dressing 
2 cups tortilla chips 
Directions:
Spray 1- to 1½-qt. slow cooker with cooking spray. Cook meat in large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned; drain. Return meat to skillet. Stir in chilies and taco seasoning mix. Three Cheese Cello Mac and Cheese
Ingredients

Preparation
1.Heat cream (we used the same the pot we used to cook the pasta) over medium heat.
2.Add the cheddar slices, followed by Cello Italian-style Fontal and Cello Artisan Parmesan, stir until all the cheeses are melted.
3.Taste for cheesiness- add more Cello Artisan Parmesan if desired. If too thick, add cream in splashes as necessary to thin.
4.Return pasta to pot and mix well. Serve with more freshly grated cheese on top and enjoy!

This cheesy, breezy and delicious strata is a perfect dish for Easter brunch or just to enjoy weekend mornings. Did we say that you can make it ahead? If you just set aside 15 minutes to prep today, an easy and delicious brunch is guaranteed for tomorrow 😋#CelloSquad ---------------
Ingredients:
•1 cup grated Cello Italian-Style Fontal Cheese
•1 cup grated Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan
•4 cups cubed bread
•1 cup add-ins of your choice (we used a mix of turkey sausage, pancetta and scallions. Just make sure that any meat you use is cooked + cooled before adding to the bread mixture)
•2 cups milk
•6-8 large eggs (2 cups)

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish and loosely pack the bread cubes into it.
2.Mix Cello Italian-Style Fontal with Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan and sprinkle 1-1/2 cups of the combined cheeses on the bread cubes. Reserve the remaining 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top before baking. 
3.Add the extra toppings.
4.Combine the milk and eggs, mix well and pour over the cheesy bread. Press down with your hands to make sure that the liquid reaches the bottom of dish. 
5.Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese mixture and let rest for at least half hour on the kitchen counter. You can absolutely leave it longer (up to overnight- which is what we do) in that case, please keep it in the fridge until you are ready to bake and just increase the baking time by about 5-8 minutes.
6.When you are ready to bake, cover the strata with foil. Bake covered for about 20 minutes and then remove the cover and bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes, until the custard is set and the cheese is melted. Let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.

•1 cup grated Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, plus about 3 tablespoons more to sprinkle in pan and on top
•1 package Cello Italian-style Fontal cheese, cubed
•3 eggs
•1 cup yoghurt
•1 cup pure olive oil
•1 cup milk
•3 cups all-purpose flour
•1 envelope yeast
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•1 bushel of asparagus, sliced to 1-inch pieces and sautéed lightly
•8 oz of bacon, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, yoghurt, milk and olive oil in a large bowl.
2.Add 1 cup grated Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan. Mix 
3.Add flour, yeast, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Whether you are Team Kale or Team Lettuce, whether you love or can’t stand the idea of adding anchovies, there is one thing we can all agree; a Caesar salad needs parmesan and lots of it. We add it to our croutons, our dressing and of course top the salad with it, too! #CelloSquad

Ingredients
•3/4 cup freshly grated Cello Artisan Parmesan
•About 28-30 pieces of cheese from Cello Cracker Cut Variety Pack
•3 lbs potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water until fork-tender
•4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
•1/4 cup milk, at room temperature •4 eggs, at room temperature •1/2 lb button mushrooms, sliced thin and sautéed in olive oil
•1/4 cup of breadcrumbs (we added 2 tablespoons of freshly grated Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan to our breadcrumbs, this is optional but very recommended)
•1 tablespoon olive oil •Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 350F°. Grease a 9” springform pan.
2.Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add butter, milk & eggs, mix well to combine.
3.Add Cello Artisan Parmesan, sautéed mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix again to blend everything together. 
4.Spoon half of the potato mixture into the springform pan. Flatten top and line to cover with Cello Cracker Cut Variety Pack cheeses. We tore some slices as needed to cover the entire top, leaving a small border around the pan clear. Spoon the remaining half of the potato mixture, flattening the top. 
5.Top with breadcrumbs, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
6.Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
9 pieces of cheese from Cello Cracker Cut Variety Pack (we used the French Swiss)
1/4 cup of flour
1 egg, whisked with 1 teaspoon water
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preparation:
