I was so tempted not to get weighed this week. I've barely posted any meals this week, pretty much because there hasn't been that many SW friendly meals to post. Since last weigh-day I've had things like: a full day of drinking with friends last Saturday; all-you-can-eat Thai food when out Christmas shopping (although, apparently I can't eat as much as I once could at the same place 😂); a meal out with friends for our Secret Santa; a Christmas dinner with the kids at school; my work Christmas party last night and countless other off-plan bits and bobs in between. So, to be honest, I'm more than happy with a 2lb gain as I was expecting and I felt like I'd gained much more. I have a meal out planned tomorrow but the rest of the week is planned with lots of SW meals so 🤞 I can get this gain off for my last Weigh-in before Christmas itself.

Aber ich habe seit Dienstag nur gelegen und keinen Sport gemacht, und ausserdem war ich am Montag oder Dienstag sowas von verfressen wie schon lange nicht mehr. Ich kann trotz Erkältung immer gut essen, da muss ich schon Fieber haben dass ich keine Lust auf essen verspüre 😁
Naja, sind ja dennoch ein paar gramm weniger.
Bis nächste Woche schon ich mich noch, ich denke Montag werde ich wieder Leichten Sport anfangen 💪🏻

Dude on the other hand is having porridge and banana with a touch of peanut butter for breakie. I know I could easily make enough for two but I dunno what I fancy. Also all my bananas are getting to ripe so going to make some banana bread and give it to people so I don't eat it all myself lol. Yesterday’s food and activity. Didn’t stop all day - was on my feet pretty much from waking up until about 9pm. No real exercise other than the dog walk, just the school run, work, Brownies, all the usual Friday things.
Breakfast was heart hole sandwiches. Lunch at school was fish and chips. Tea was turkey and cabbage cannelloni bake. Snacks of Haribo and other things.
Was woken up early by the kids kicking off but I’m still so shattered, I’ve brought my cups of tea back to bed so I can read in peace for a while.

If you want bigger arms, you have to make sure you take some of these principles into account, because they are really accelerate the process for you.

First off, train arms 2-3x/week. The once a week arm day on the bro-split simply isn't going to cut it. Secondly, train biceps and triceps equally. Many people only train biceps, and fail to realize that the tricep makes up 2/3 of the arm! Train them BOTH for the best results! Third, Train for strength & hypertrophy. So many people only train lightweight high reps for the pump, and refuse to go heavy on arm workouts because they don't think it'll help. Mixing high weight, low rep exercises and lighter, higher rep exercises is the best move for results. Lastly, USE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. This is so crucial. If you aren't working on increasing your total training volume over time, your arms simply will not get any bigger. Add sets, weight or reps weekly to ensure progress.

ARM GROWTH by @kruckifitness - If you want bigger arms, you have to make sure you take some of these principles into account, because they are really accelerate the process for you. - First off, train arms 2-3x/week. The once a week arm day on the bro-split simply isn't going to cut it. Secondly, train biceps and triceps equally. Many people only train biceps, and fail to realize that the tricep makes up 2/3 of the arm! Train them BOTH for the best results! Third, Train for strength & hypertrophy. So many people only train lightweight high reps for the pump, and refuse to go heavy on arm workouts because they don't think it'll help. Mixing high weight, low rep exercises and lighter, higher rep exercises is the best move for results. Lastly, USE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. This is so crucial. If you aren't working on increasing your total training volume over time, your arms simply will not get any bigger. Hey babes, I’m back from the dead! 🙈The last month has just been an absolute shit show health wise. It’s been one of those months when you don’t realise you’re slipping. Started by skipping the gym once a week and ordering the naughtiest menu item at lunch. Next thing you know it’s a Friday and you’ve had McDonald’s breakfast, kfc for lunch and a tub of Haagen Dazs for dinner 😂

Had a tub of my fave ice cream as my last unhealthy food for dinner last night and now the line is drawn until Christmas. 
I’m at the gym whilst typing this (I wanna die) and I’ve bought lots of nice veggies and healthy food for this week.

Oops... #wholemealbread in the form of a #muffin with slice #avocado #turkeybacon an #egg and one #mushroom sliced. Cooked in #frylight the other half of the muffin is topped with 7 grams of #crunchypeanutbutter and 5 grams of #cocoa n #hazelnutbutter.
