Collards: cook your onions, peppers for 5 mins on med-high heat. Add you chopped turkey bacon. Let bacon crisp then add your seasonings, vinegar and lemon juice, stir and add cup of water. Let your water begin to boil. Add 4 cups of collards and let them cook on med-low heat until collards are cooked to your liking. I let mine cook for 20-25 mins

2 slices of uncured turkey bacon
Jalapeno
Cumin
2 tsbp lemon juice 
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt
Red pepper flakes

Salmon: cook skin down for 8-10 mins on med-high heat then cook on top side for 5-8 mins until the middle is cooked through. This depends of the oz. Of fish you have. I cooked with 8oz sizes..let rest

2 tbsp of fresh minced galic
2 cups of white wine
Basil

1/4 stick of butter

Tip:
I cook with grapeseed oil because It doesn't burn on high heat. If you want to eat this dish with brown rice, add 2 tsp of grapeseed oil and chilli powder to your water. Let the water boil then add your brown rice.

I’ll share my recipe, because I’m nice like that 😜. 4 scoops @questnutrition all purpose baking mix. 2tbsps of egg replacer (plus 4 tbsps water). 1 large zucchini (shredded). 1/2 c of oats.  2tbsps honey. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup cashew milk. Pinch of salt. Pinch of baking powder (I suck at measuring this). Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Mix all that business together. Spray baking pans with Pam or whatnot. If using mini loaf pans like I did, 2/3 c of mix will almost overflow but not quite. I did two of these pans and an 8” pie pan because that’s what I had. I added dark chocolate chips to the pie pan mix to test. Baked at 375 for 22-25 min, but your oven may be different. 10 servings came out to 2SP per serving (w/o chocolate). 🌶Salsa- prep first and refrigerate 
1 Mango diced
1/2 Red onion chopped 
1 Fresh jalapeno - extra spicy w/seeds
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 Freshly squeezed lime .

🍗Chicken- heavily seasoned
Lemon pepper
Lime juice
Chilli powder
Oregano & Basil
-Cooked on med high heat
-Coat the pan with grapeseed oil (great for pan seared foods on high heat)
-Brown chicken on both sides -Cover pan with lid for 10 minutes on low heat .

Turned out fairly well for a test run. In the future I would cook it 25-30 min instead of 20. I cut one up and threw it in the air fryer at 400 for 6 minutes to try and cook it more. It's been a while but I'm back.... My Wild Caught Salmon is ready for the oven. It's topped with a spicy ground dijon mustard, parsley, coriander, and I added lime slices. I will cook it on 350 in the oven for 25-30 mins just depends on how crispy you want your fish skin, if you eat it. I did not add any oil just sprayed nonfat- cooking spray on the cooking sheet. Let me know how it turns out. :)
