Hi, my name is Hailey LATHROP. Through the course of our project and teaching at Eagle Crest my favorite part by far was seeing kids come up with new ideas to solve the red cup game that we gave them as part of the creativity unit. Seeing them use communication from the previous unit and all working together to get the cups in the pattern they needed was amazing. I am so glad I got to be a part of this wonderful experience! #brightminds#scla#secondgraders#creativity#teaching#lovekids#stvrainstorm
Dear Friends, the time has come to withdraw into my chrysalis... my time to emerge as a new business butterfly is drawing closer in 2019.
I will no longer be handmaking dolls for order or sale, but have some wonderful new opportunities and big horizons for my dolls next year. Thanks for the support and stay tuned for the new developments! Jump onto my email list if you’re interested to hear the news first in the New Year. Link in bio.
Merry Christmas to all, and I hope 2019 finds you with the sun on your face, the wind in your sails and love in your heart ⭐️ Liz x

Happy first of December! 🎄🎁♥️🎅🏼❄️
Each day of December Bright Minds is spreading Christmas cheer by taking part in 25 days of giving. 😘
Each day we are going to help raise awareness for our favourite charities. We want to promote these great charities as well as help reach out to those who may be in need of support this holiday season.Any money will help these organisations, even as little as £1 would be appreciated.
We are starting today off with the badran foundation. 😍❣️
Ibrahim A. badran was a brilliant doctor, cheerful, smiling and loved by all the people around him, his main work involved helping people who need healthcare services but couldnt afford it.
Unfortunately he passed away at the age of 27, when he was on his way back from work on a night shift. Immediately, his family and friends decided to create a charity foundation to provide medical services to unfortunates because thats what Ibrahim believed in.
Since 2014, we started by doing monthly medical convoys to remote areas in Egypt to those who lack access for medical services. Today in our fifth year, we have 2 fully equipped medical vans, we did more than 60 “monthly” medical convoys seeing average 1500 patients per convoy, in addition to more than 40 “weekly” convoys seeing an average of 700 patients per convoy- A total of more than satisfied 130,000 patients in total. We would like to thank all the volunteers, the donors and all the people who made this happen and we hope to continue to serve those people in need with compassion.
Morning everyone - If ever there was a certain thing I could say has changed and enriched my life from doing yoga, and more importantly from developing my own personal practice (I can't stress enough the importance of your own practice), it would be the depth of attention which I use to form my life experience, and the depth to which I am able to perceive and appreciate life. This can be done in many ways, but yoga just seems to be an easier path for many. It doesn't mean floating around on some imaginary idealistic cloud, it doesn't mean you won't get hurt or feel pain, it just means you will see it just for what it is.
Keep your practice simple, keep it light, keep it playful, keep it exploratory, keep it to just what you need that day. If it means two or three rounds of suns, stretching a troublesome back, doing a few random flow based drills, or resting for a few moments in a favourite pose after a simple morning session - do just that.
Do what feeds you, only what feeds you, give no focus to that which depletes or limits you, just do what works for you, do what you love, even the tiniest things, and that will eventually multiply into a rich and wondrous experience. Be aware that this might change, and change, and change, again and again, be completely open to seeing your life in motion, forever changing and evolve with it, let life change you. Be prepared to look at exactly what you are today, and then the next day, and the next. Make an active choice in who you want that to be.
Allow life to show what it's got for you, and be open enough to see the silver linings. Gifts come in many a strange form, often unexpected, so pay ever so great attention.
Start by just paying attention in your yoga class, to your breath, to your conscious movements, pair the two, and watch what happens - be ever so aware.
DO sweat small stuff, just don't worry about it 😉
